Property overall was well kept and secure. Rooms and facilities very clean, towels changed every day. Lovely breakfast with lots of sweet options, but savour options were available on request. Vito and staff all very friendly, he greeted us every morning and even though he had very little English and we had very little Italian, we understood each other :-). Location good if you have a car to explore the Puglia region of Italy, not very accessible if not. We would recommend.

Would have been nice if pool was open after 7pm. After a day exploring it is nice to cool down in the pool but was closed at 7pm. There was a QR code to order food and drink by the pool, but only sent a WhatsApp message, it would have been better to have a menu with what was available to order and prices, as we did not expect to pay such high prices for food and drinks we ordered. Only other negative is it would have been nice if there was a restaurant on the premises for dinner in the evenings, as the choice of restaurants within in walking distance not much and no taxi service in Monolopi region.

We loved the warm, intimate, family-friendly atmosphere of the property. Everything is beautifully maintained. Breakfast was a real highlight – homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious every day. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for exploring the towns and villages of central Puglia. Overall, it was well beyond our expectations – we highly recommend it!

If you’re traveling as a larger family (more than four people), be aware that the rooms are on the smaller side, and the apartment kitchen is quite minimally equipped. There were no basics for making coffee, so you might want to bring your own supplies. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

The property is beautiful, lush grounds and gorgeous pool. The staff was very accommodating. Good breakfast. Location is remote but an easy 25 minute drive to Monopoli centro.

Despite the remote location 2 of our 3 nights had sleep interrupted, at 6:30 owner was pacing the grounds loudly talking on the fone. Next day @ 5:45, a huge truck entered the property leaving the engine running for over 1 hour as they sprayed pesticide over all the entire grounds, the smell permeated into our room causing breathing difficulties. 😮‍💨

We had an amazing stay at Borgo Cozzana. The Borgo is perfect. The rooms are beautiful, specious and spotless. Beds are comfy and we all slept very well. AC was a great bonus especially in July. Every day we had most delicious breakfast buffet, all freshly preferred including an amazing choice of delicious, home made cakes. Of course there was plenty of great coffee too! The location is great - tranquil, surrounded by nature. Vito and all staff were incredibly kind and helpful - genuinely lovely people. I could not recommend this place highly enough! Big thank you to everyone at Borgo Cozzana for making our holidays very special!

Great location, beautiful Borgo. Lovely scenery, quiet. We had a wonderful stay, staff are very attentive, superb service. In particular Ilaria, one of the receptionists was outstanding. We had a late flight and even though she wasn’t on duty she messaged us to make sure we had arrived. An absolutely gem of a place, highly recommended.

The only thing I would say would have made it perfect was tea and coffee facilities. In the evenings we would have liked a hot drink.

Incredible customer service, beautiful buildings, wide variety for breakfast, clean, comfortable, safe, beautiful grounds. Felt like staying with family! Go to Polignano a Mare for lunch, dinner and beautiful views!

Remote location and limited lunch dinner options nearby. Rooms are quite small. It's a shame all room towels (clean and used) are replaced daily, rather than being more environmentally friendly. Pool was cold. No conditioner.

It was a wonderful quiet place to stay in a gated property situated just 15min drive from Monopoli with a lovely pool. The space was generous with a ktchenette, bedroom & seperate bathroom. Extremely clean! The breakfast was homemade and there was nothing missing at all: fresh fruit, homemade jams and pastries, eggs, great cappuccino. The owner himself is up every morning to greet his guests. Just enjoyable to eat outdoors.

The location was great. A short drive outside of the main town which was perfect for us as we found the town to be a bit too chaotic and loud with very little parking. The actual hotel was amazing! Peaceful, extremely nice and exactly what we wanted to experience from our Monopoli hotel. Staff were so helpful and made the stay so easy.

The domain is beautiful and well maintained with Lush vegetation. Our room with large balcony was appreciate. Breakfast with everything home made was fine with service driven by the owner. We needed the visit of a doctor during our journey ; they arranged everything easily.

the hotel is beautiful, it was immaculate, the staff were friendly, helpfull and they made our stay perfect. the pool is amazing and the whole grounds of the hotel are so well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. the location is stunning.
