Very nice staff, restaurant downstairs working till late. Location near the river, with space for walks. Room was clean, had everything needed albeit little outdated.

Just some minor things: It was not possible to open the window for ventilation, just the balcony doors as doors, not the gap on top of the window to let some air in. Some signs showing the floor number when exiting the elevator and directions for the room numbers in hallway would be useful for the first time you are looking to find your room. Parking a little limited and was a bit crowded, but ok for me as it still had space for 1 car. Hair dryer veeery weak...

Large room &bath and we also had a balcony with a nice view. The bed was amazing, they have high quality mattrasee, so I had a really good sleep. The restaurant terrace is nicely decoratated, serve good food, overall a pleasant atmoshere. The hotel staff at the reception was very polite and extremly thoughful into assisting us with everything we needed. We have been traveling by car the entire day and a few hours prior to our arrival, I called the reception to ask what time the restaurant closes, to see if we can get there in time for a good dinner. Later, the lady at the reception called back, to check in on us and see how far we are, to make sure we arrive in time to order.

It requires some minor renovation here and there, but it’s not something that would bother or create discomfort.

The bedroom was comfortable with a spacious bed and a small balcony. The room was clean. The environment of the restaurant was quirky. The reception staff were very nice and welcoming. We were checked in by Valeria. The hotel has parking.

When we arrived we could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom and then realised at 5am, when one of us woke up because of the smell, it was coming through the ventilation system in the bathroom. The room was aired quickly by opening the windows and closing the door between the entrance hallway, where the bathroom is, and the room. The room was facing into the road and so we couldn't keep the window open for long because it gets very noisy with the window open but when closed, the noise is very well insulated.

Good value for money for 1 night transiting Arad. Clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom, hot water, quiet during the night. Enough parking spaces.

Lobby was full of cigarette smoke as there was a party and the door of the closed terrace was kept open and smoking was allowed even if the space was a closed one. The smell was persistent also in the upper hallways.

Everything is nice, clean comfy rooms, polite staff, good price. Excellent hotel for a small town. Krill restorant in a hotel is amaizing, good staff, very delicious meals, good price. Every meal was excelent that we ordered in Krill. We had best time. My recomendation to everyone who comes to Arad.

Spacious room and bathroom, elegant restaurant (we didn't have time to eat there but their menu - Lebanese cuisine and sushi - was interesting), very comfortable bed

The hotel is located next to a busy road which is pretty noisy even at night - we had to use earplugs. The fridge didn't work correctly - keeping it in a cupboard locked the engine's heat inside and made it impossible to chill anything.

Like the totality of this location , the hotel is very comfortable and clean, everybody is very friendly and always open to help . The restaurant offer a large choice of international specialities and a perfect service at a very competitive price This is an ideal locatio, near the highway for a stop-over for our international trips

The only minus is the very limited parking

Everything was nice, decorated with good taste, the beds were super comfortable. The room was a good size, and the thermostat shower was a big plus.

The room was a little too cold, and the central heating was off, so it didn't matter if i turned on the room heater. The entrance to the parking is a little hard to find.

The young man at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice view of the bridge over the river at night. Balcony and operable door are great for claustrophobics. Nice restaurant attached to the hotel with friendly staff

Dark blue carpet that potentially hosts a multitude of sins. No fire stairs and no fire doors on the central staircase. A fire on a lower floor will trap (kill?) everyone above. Parking is confusing. You have to park and find stairs that go back up to the street level.

The quality of the accommodation, the staff and the service were paramount. I did kindly request an earlier check-in if possible and within minutes the issue has been solved. The restaurant is remarkable and the service very friendly. Unfortunately I spent there only one night and I hope next time I can stay longer. I recommend!
