We booked last minute and the staff were so accommodating — they gave us a ground floor room so we didn’t have to carry baby gear upstairs and even supplied a cot. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more pleasant. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge before continuing on with our journey.

The pool was a bit cloudy during our stay, but the kids didn’t mind and still had fun. The restaurant/café didn’t open until 10am, which made it a little tricky to grab a morning coffee — though the room did have instant coffee available, which was a nice backup.

Meals were very good and of a great quality, cooked well. Wings and steak were fantastic. Lady's on reception/bar area were brilliant, super helpful, super friendly. Bed was very comfortable

Mold in the bathroom everywhere by and around the windows - need an air vent/extraction system in there badly. Pretty half assed clean done. No desk and no chair in the room - this could be easily fixed though for very little cost to the hotel. It's kind of a must for most travelers as a lot of work gets done on computers these days.

I loved the bed, it was very comfortable and I had the best sleep. The only thing is where I was laying the sun came straight through the window and onto my face which kind of bothered me especially when I wanted to sleep in. But besides that everything else was good.

Staff were very helpful, and seeing a smiling face after a long day's travel is priceless; so to was the complimentary beverage... Room was comfortable and very clean...and we had a great nights rest...

What I didn't like is difficult for the staff to control, and nothing to do with the premises; but the inconsiderate Tradies hacking up a lung in the carpark, echoing at 4:30am was a tad unnecessary...

Very small negative comment Chicken parmie great price but there’s a herb I don’t like maybe marjoram in sauce 🙃also mushroom gravy tastes so much nicer than plain gravy Also how often do you wash the blankets

It was clean and tidy and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful around our constantly changing circumstances. Having the pub and restaurant on site was awesome. We had a couple of good nights with friendly locals in the pub and some lovely meals at the restaurant.

The exterior is a bit tired, but the rooms have all been given a facelift and are comfortable, and the staff really do go out of their way to help with anything.

Room service

I didn’t like being upstairs and having to walk through lots of men smoking on stairwells I’d prefer floor room, The person who booked me in was unprofessional using profanity @ 1pm in front of children the person who served me room service was helpful friendly and professional

All things were good enough .

The door of the room cannot be locked from inside. Some strangers try to open the door, I think they were too drunk and my door was not locked properly inside the room. Luckily I put my luggage down towards the door and it helps to hold the door.

Please pay closer attention to soaps and things one of the conditioners was empty, I hate being bothered to check in by text and email that is your job not mine check in @ 2pm is too late 12pm is more reasonable hire more cleaners xx

Was a really good stay. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean and it all looked just done up.
