The location was superb, 100m to the beach and Sainte-Maxime was relatively traffic free unlike St Tropez. There is not much else around the beach though. The room was comfortable enough but I feel that if the owners spent a little money renovating it could be superb. Our room had a small verandah with a sea view. The dogs were welcome and the hosts cleaned the room daily. An available broom would have been useful and being at the beach, sand got onto the floor.

Just a few little issues that might help the owners improve: - Microwave noisy - Shared fridge and micro and no utensils or kettle or crockery, but the lady from the restaurant below kindly brought us some - Hairdryer balances precariously and very difficult to put back - Remote controls batteries flat - Toilet seat cracked - No body soap - Needs renovation - Outside stairs dirty - Common verandah area needs renovation and shade - Tiny TV - Curtain transparent and not private to outside passers by.

The location is amazing. The room is honestly nothing special but it has all the base comforts and for the money we paid and for the location it's in, it's just great! 10/10 The croissants in the hotel's bar are amazing, the staff is super friendly (although not all of them speak english), the hotel's restaurant is super good (care: opened only for lunch until June), and there is a public, free beach at a stone's throw, literally. Highly recommended!

What you pay for with this hotel is the location. Walking distance to the beach and some very good beach bars. A lot of water sports activities around. We did not take the breakfast package of 8€ but payed separately for coffee and croissant which were excellent. You could indeed spot the sea from the hotel room, even though there is a park inbetween. Also really appreciate the shared fridge where we could store our food and drinks. Free parking outside, and friendly hostesses.

Small bathroom which could need an overall deep cleaning, very loud toilet flush. The rooms are located on-top of the kiosk/restaurant- here is also where you check-in/pay so be aware about opening hours.

the staff were very nice , the food was great as every day they have a different dish of the day for acceptable prices , close to the beach 1 min walk , good wifi in the room , close to port where you can take boat to st tropez , very quiet and relaxing place

Very friendly helpful staff. Just off the beach. Short walk to restaurants, bus stop, and marina where a ferry shuttles across to St Tropez. On street free parking just up street. Basic room was very clean, comfortable and good value. Was looking forward to having dinner in restaurant however was closed in the evenings early in the week.

Kettle and hairdryer in room would be good. Large mirror too would be a big bonus in main room.

The rooms are rather small, the bathroom even smaller, but for one night we managed. There is also a refrigerator available in the hall.

The beds are not comfy, the matraces should be replaced. The toilet is too loud, you probably wake up the whole building if you go on a toilete during the night.

Beach location, quick jaunt to grocery and town. You can catch the Ferry right at le quai. Garronette park is fun…view up into the umbrella trees is amazing! The restaurant is my favorite. Great food, good prices, wonderful wine, and superb staff.

Location is really good, a few meters away from the beach. They have their own restaurant and small supermarket below the hotel so extremely convenient to avoid high prices. Street parking was free.
