I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Vibe by Ambiance, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Zeeshan at the reception made me feel welcome with his warm and friendly demeanor. The breakfast spread was delicious, and their signature Khakena was a highlight. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the enchanting ambiance during the rain in August. The drizzle outside created a cozy atmosphere, and the hotel's name seemed to come alive, giving us the 'real vibe' that we were looking for. Kudos to the team for creating such a wonderful experience.

The breakfast was excellent, here i would like to mention Obair he did everything and more. The location was amazing, the view from the front room was exceptional. Two more gentlemen i would like to mention is Haqeeq and Amjad they went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful and amazing experience. Will certainly go back to the Vibe by Ambiance again

If anything i think the WIFI should be improved

I can’t express how much of a pleasant experience I had during my stay at The Vibe By Ambiance Muree. The stay honestly exceeded my expectations to start off Bilal was a great help they upgraded 2 of my rooms to Executive complimentary. This resulted in a more comfortable stay with a breath taking view! Clean environment amazing rooms on par with hotels in other countries. Complimentary free breakfast was pretty solid can’t complain and staff was very friendly. To say the least I’ve had a better experience here than bigger chain hotels in PK felt like they actually cared about our experience and stay. Didn’t have an attitude and didn’t have the vibe where they don’t care about customer satisfaction because they have clients regardless i’ve felt this at other hotels but not at The Vibe.

The hotel is newly renovated so very clean well furnished. Staff is very courteous specially front desk manager Mr. Amjad. He was very helpful and gave all the guidance needed. He even provided complementary mattress in room. Room was good size with great view and very comfy beds. Breakfast is Just ok. Could have been better with more choices. Fresh fruits should be included as these are abundantly available in Murree. Ala Carte menu for breakfast is good though.

Generally this hotel has a major drawback. It does not have an open lawn or terrace where you can sit with family or friends to enjoy open air scenery and weather. In hill stations this facility is almost must. Although every room has a small balcony but it only accommodate two chairs. The room is provided with Smart TV but does not give access to free Netflix, you have to buy a monthly package to see it !!!!. You cannot even sign in with your own account. Although we booked the best room of the hotel ( 307), the bathroom was very smelly. Nearly unbearable. When i complained, they said it is constructional fault and cannot do anything. The charging ports near the work desk are missing.

My stay at The Vibe hotel was absolutely excellent! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The staff were always kind, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to the manager Bilal, a truly welcoming and attentive person who made sure everything was perfect. The food was also delicious, with great variety and quality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay!

All was simply outstanding

The room was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was impressed by the thoughtful amenities, from the high-end toiletries to the complimentary bottled water. The attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Throughout my stay, the hotel’s location was perfect—conveniently situated near major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, yet quiet enough to ensure a peaceful retreat

Breakfast and dinner were genuinely great. I really appreciated the chef personally checking in with everyone to see if we were enjoying the food or needed anything—it added a nice, thoughtful touch.

The intercom wasn’t working, the curtains had definitely seen better days, and there was no laundry service available. On the bright side, they did provide an iron and board—so it was a bit of a DIY situation. Not ideal, but appreciated!

I spent 2 nights with my family at Vibe and it was an exceptional experience starting from check-in till check out. Staff is awesome with exceptional customer services specially Mr. Shehzad Cafe manager as he arranged my son's destination birthday and all of my guests were very happy. Location and view from Room# 307 is eye catching and fascinating. Infact its far better than Roomy and Hotel One. Surely, I will strongly suggest my family and friends to book their stay with them if visiting Murree. <3 <3
