Good accomodation in Chiampino just minutes away from the train station and airport bus stop. Also super close to the supermarket and food points. It actually looks better than on photos) It is a huge apartment in a nice building with separate rooms for rent. We stayed in the room with private shower and big balcony. It was surprisingly spacious with a comfy bed and nice ceiling fan. There is a capsule coffee machine. The host met us in the inner yard and showed everything (she didn’t speak English though).

In our case there were no issues and it perfectly served our needs. Just write them when you are planning to arrive some time ahead. And for the proper breakfast you need to go out.

Easy check in and great location for a short trip to the airport in the night by taxi. Great price for my purpose of 1 night's rest before an early morning flight!

Everything was ok apart from when you shower the floor does fill up with water. The whole bathroom is the shower with no 'border' for the water so it goes everywhere - just so you are aware! It's an old building so the water system is not amazing for draining so is slow!! Not a big problem for me but you can't really dry off your feet in there after and don't leave anything on the floor!! Otherwise everything was great for the price and the location! :)

Nicely renovated, big and clean 5 room apartment. Every room with its own lock. No excess noise from other rooms. A lot of negative comments towards host but we did not have any problem with her. It is true, that she does not speak very good English, but we had no issues during checking in. Comfortable beds, big balcony. Breakfast included in form of crackers, jams, juices. A few minutes walk to bus stop on the airport bus line.

Common bathroom with shower and toilet, but it is clearly stated and expected from the description. Although, I think that it was not renovated together with the rest of the apartment so it feels dated. However everything was working. Outdated photos of the accommodation on the booking page, in reality it looks much better.

I stayed in a single bedroom with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is adequate. The water is warm and adjustable. The shower/shampoo is provided in a small bag. I asked for more, and they gave me enough. There is a Nesspresso-like machine with good coffee and a refrigerator. Small different type of packaged snacks for breakfast in the room. It is very close to the Ciampiano train station. where the airportlink bus in front of it. Beware that the airport bus starts at 06.30. You need a taxi for any other early flight. It costs 20Eur in my case. So, I'd argue that it is excellent for the price and a short stay in Rome. Also, a 24H Roma ticket is covered for this location. The train comes pretty often and takes about 20 minutes, so it is very nice.

The check-in was zero-stress, the room was bigger than expected, and it came with a private bathroom plus a balcony so large you could practically do yoga out there. Yeah, Italian summer hit hard, but that trusty ceiling fan saved the day. Location shines: Just a 2-3 minute walk to Ciampino train station and the airport shuttle bus stop. Ideal for early flights.

I liked everything the room and bathroom were clean. I was scared after reading the reviews but It was really ok. We had flight in the morning and the owner gave us contact to cheaper taxi. I really can’t complain. Just don’t be after 21:30 Because she will not let you in - thats all :) I can highly recommend!!!

Everything was new and clean, it looked a lot better than the photos! We were pleasantly surprised! Our host was extremely nice and helpful, didn’t speak English but we didn’t have a problem! I think we were the only ones there and we weren’t uncomfortable with the shared bathroom. The linen was clean, the room was warm. Would highly reccommend!

The owner was very helpful despite, she only spoke Italian. She helped us book a taxi for next morning. The room was very big, all new and very clean and quiet.

It worried us a bit, that the owner only spoke Italian, which we do not. But we managed to communicate anyway. The shower was really tiny and there was very little pressure on the water

Great place to stay for a quick connection to the airport. Room was small but comfortable, no attached bathroom. Only stayed one night to catch a morning flight, it was a quick walk from the building to the train station where the bus picks up passengers. Central area looked like it had been recently renovated. My room was a bit dated but comfortable and towels were provided. The lady that checked me in only spoke Italian but she communicated the basics to me fairly well and was nice.

Guidance for the airport connections would be nice. Possibly some signage in multiple languages so staff can communicate to tourists better. The bathroom had no physical barrier to separate the shower from the rest of the room, so after someone had used it the entire floor was wet and slippery.

Friendly lady waiting at the arranged time, showing me everything. The rooms are in a building inside a private communal garden with a fence without a lock so no time deadline. Just walk straight from the gate and you will see the signs. The rooms are on the first floor and there is a lift. I got the large double bedroom with ensuite and balcony to the garden. Comfortable beds, very clean and well serviced, with good drying towels, a hair drier and a nice continental breakfast with a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. Table, TV, bedside tables with lamps, chairs, wardrobe. A couple pizza places, a bar and some shops nearby. Great location! 3 minutes walk from the station! 10 minutes bus to the airport with stop by the station, but it's a combined train/bus ticket, so if you stopped at Ciampino as I did you will have to buy a ticket at the machine changing the start at Termini to Ciampino Airport, only E2.70 and very frequent. Will definitely use Albergo Anna if I have another early flight from Ciampino. Grazie!

There was no separate soap for the bathroom, although there was a sachet with a small amount of shower gel. I couldn't connect to the Internet. There was a clear indication for the password but it didn't work for any available network. Luckily I still had a lot of data for my 30 days TIM tourist SIM card, so not a biggie for me. Expect some noise, this is Italy after all and this is a normal flat in a small building. I slept with my ear plugs, no problem. I truly recommend the place, especially for the location and the great quality/price balance.
