Beautiful and peaceful grounds! The boys at the reception were fantastic Fresh orange juice at breakfast (all other hotels we stayed in italy serve boxed juice)

Breakfast a bit basic. Had to keep asking the girl serving to refil things that were finished. She wasn't happy. Not much communication from her. We also had lunch there. I ordered penne carbonara. Got spaghetti. I mentioned it to the server (same girl) and she wasn't happy, as if it was my fault that the menu said penne. I ate it anyway as didn't want to waste food. It was way too salty. We had some chips too, they tasted of fish.. we didnt complain. Luckily the boys at reception gave us a discount.

I booked on the same day as arrival after being disappointed at a different hotel on arrival. I was welcomed by lovely staff and had a lovely room near the pool area. Delicious breakfast and options to eat for lunch and dinner if needed. A beautiful walk down to Sant'Angelo takes about 40 mins. Gorgeous views all the way. Very peaceful location, which is exactly what I wanted. Beautiful gardens.

If you walk up to Panza, the nearest village, it is a very steep hill. It's not a dislike as such, but others need to be aware. You can obviously get taxis. I chose not to get the bus from panza and took taxis across the island, but this can be expensive. You might need to consider car or scooter hire

The staff are amazingly friendly and approachable. They could not do enough to help. The thermal pool was so relaxing and left you, and your skin feeling in great shape. The breakfast was sufficient. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and very well designed with lovely terraces where you could relax and enjoy the sun. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space. The balcony was lovely to sit out on. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of evenings and the food was good. The choice of wine was good with a very drinkable white or red costing just €14.

The breakfast coffee, It was out of a machine and surprisingly weak and tasteless. The atmosphere in the dining room at dinner would, in my opinion, have been improved with some background music. The wifi signal at times was very weak, but the staff went out of their way to help you get the best signal available from the two routers they had.

The staff is very nice and very accomodating. The hotel is surrounded of beautiful and big cactus. The big warm pool is very nice. It is very clean. We had a great room with on the first floor with a private balcony. It is a very quiet place. You are at 9 minutes away by walk to the Sorgeto Beach witch as hot springs. There are also few good restaurant at walking distance, and some with fantastic views on the ocean and Sant'Angelo.

If you don't have car, I would not rent in this part of the Island because you are a bit on a dead-end. You are walking distance from the very small village of Panza but you need to take a bus for Sant'Angelo and all other destinations. You end up spending hours on the bus. However, if you have a car, this is a great destination. The bus can take à long time to come. You loose a lot of time waiting for buses. The rooms are not soundproof. As is it a rather quiet place with rather old customers, this was not a big issue. The air conditioning was very noisy. Unfortunately, we could not sleep with the air conditioning on.

It‘s a gorgeous little family-run hotel and you can feel the warm hospitality and good mood of the owners and all the employees. It‘s heartwarming to be welcomed every time you enter the property and hear the chatter every morning during the delicious breakfast.

The pools didn‘t seem too clean and the instructions on the sign next to the thermal pool were a bit confusing.

A hidden gem. Everyone was fantastic and made our stay memorable! The property is beautiful, very scenic, and very well maintained- so a bit of a walk to the place won't matter later. The hosts/staff are amazing people, who went out of their way to make us have a splendid experience. We were also upgraded to a sea view room. Highly recommended!

The property it’s a perfect mix between nature and sea,the level of the structure it’s very high, clean in everything,there is 3 pool wonderful if you’re looking for something that will make you relax this is the perfect place!

There is nothing I didn’t like I’ll definitely came back!

The property, garden and pools are gorgeous! An amazing array of catci, succulents hibiscus, palms trees, you name it....with 3 pools open all day and night, two warm, one cold. Federico and Francesca at the front desk are more than willing to help with all your questions. A great place to stay and hang out, and a great location to feel relaxed after a day out on the island.

Great location in a calm street with beautiful sea views and a lovely mediterranean garden

the only thing I would improve is the breakfeast. While the food was fine, it was very repetitive and some more variety would have been great

Could hear neighbours either who wake up at 6am opening windows, smoking and talking or who is coming back to room after midnight, taking.
