I definitely recommend the hotel very much. The place is very close to the Baia di Sorgeto beach with natural untouched by human thermal bathes. The villa is really quite, beautiful and clean. The owners are the Italian family. The are really happy to meet the travellers. Maria told us everything about the attractions around the island, at the morning her Family made really lovely breakfast which was so big that it was very hard to even try everything they give you, before visiting the hotel I didn't see so great breakfasts for very long. The swimming pool is indeed with thermal water, we liked it very much. They also give towels for the beach, the balcony contained everything for drying clothes, wi-fi was good. At the end Maria's father even took us to the bus stop.

There is nothing to improve. I'm sure that with so great owners the hotel will be always good.

What a place, 2 stars does not do it justice. Only stayed 2 nights, should have stayed a week. We ate both nights at the Hotel. Food was excellent, fresh from the garden. Mama, we miss your cooking. Sweet tomatoes, basil that zings and fiery fresh garlic on spaghetti. Best pasta we ever tasted. Portions are enormous, you were not allowed to leave without being full. Breakfast great. Good variety, fresh fare, large portions. Try the figs! Lovely family, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Felt very welcome and spoiled in all honesty. Before we arrived, Maria sorted transfer from Naples to Ischia for us. Maria also sorted our transfer to Sorrento. Both seamless. Short 10 min walk to the sorgeto beach, which was amazing. Lots of stairs and hilly. Boat from beach to St Angello, very pretty. Bus back was cheap and convenient. Buses a short walk up steep hill, to get you around the island. We were offered a lift by Papa, if we wished. Quiet location, beautiful views from rooms in main building. Pool area was great for relaxing, nice views to hills and sea. Our only regret, we didn't stay longer.

I have been there for three night with my family.Mary is the perfect host. As soon as she welcome us,she made us feel so comfortable like we were at home. Her family is is simply fantastic and very helpful.Breakfast is great,with lots of products produced directly in their own garden. Mary's father home made organic white wine "Biancolella" is a must try,I personally took some bottles to bring at home cause it is exceptional The room is a good size and very clean,and their thermal swimming pool is a plus. Definitely I will go back and I would recommend Villa Bernadina to anyone heading to Ischia

Nothing,everything was exceptional and met my expectation

We had fantastic days at Villa Bernardina, what a paradise!! The hospitality and food were excellent. Maria is super helpful and will do everything to make your trip as good as possible- help you with travel arrangements and places to visit. The hotel is family driven and so welcoming, you feel like a part of the family. Will definitely come back!!

Everything about our stay at Villa Bernardina was amazing! Maria and her family are very helpful and generous. The location of this stay is perfect, we think it is located at the most beautiful part of the Island.

Great place, very clean! Lovely small hotel and the home made food (pasta, breakfast and etc.) was great.. The pool was open all day, very close to the hotel and lovely view! Cleanliness, location, breakfast, ... there's so much to be liked here, but for us the most important is that Maria and Bernardina make you really feel at home.

This is a family-run villa. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with homemade cakes, jams, etc., the same applies to dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful; we really felt welcome.

Maria was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with a very helpful link to book the ferry and transport to the hotel which saved us some money and hassle! Location was stunning, quick walk to the beach and about 30 minute walk to San Angelo where there is plenty of restaurants and shops. Food in the hotel was delicious, everything freshly made with lots of produce from their own garden. We would recommend Villa Bernadina to anyone heading to Ischia

We had such a great time in Hotel Villa Bernardina. The staff was friendly and helpful, felt like home to us. The most amazing thing during our stay was the outstanding breakfast, everything you get is home made, which we appreciated the most! Even the croissants and brownies were baked by the owners.

The only thing is that the bus stop and Panza center is up the hill, so embrace your leg muscles 😃
