Travelled with my daughter (she lives in Europe and I’m in Canada). A lovely small resort well located and with a free shuttle to the closest town. There’s a pleasant pool and, very near, a rocky beach with a thermal pool - don’t go barefoot. Superb views from everywhere and helpful staff. The food is good and fresh.

Breakfast could have more variety. Pool could stay open later!

The hotel was stunning. It sits on the edge of a cliff so beautiful views all around. Farm supplies all food and it was delicious and organic. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s a little difficult to reach but they help with transfers at most times of day to the local town with bus connections.

I went for a week with my teen daughter and we had the best of times. Our room was spacious with twin beds, a separate sopha, a desk, en suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with sea view towards St Angelo,one of the main attractions on Ischia. The hotel has a unique underground pool in a natural cave, which leads to an outdoors one situated on a secluded terrace overlooking theMediterranean. There is a separate small pool on the side. Both constantly fed with naturally hot mineral water. We had breakfast included and every day there were freshly made cakes in addition to croissants,cereal,continental ham&cheese. The hotel has two on site restaurants and a bar. For the evening, there is abundant set menu. You can choose from the dishes or get the lot. The set price for a starter, pasta dish, main and desert was what in other places you could be charged just for a main course. We were eating there every evening. I don't like pasta in principle, but i was having some all the time. The taste is delicious. The second restaurant is acantine with lighter options from regional cuisine. The resort has its own farm and tomatoes, aubergine, the olive oil or wine come from it. By now, you would have guessed I loved our stay. But I am honest about it. One final word about the hosts. From arranging the airport transfer from Naples, through to the waiters, Luigi taking us around to show what's where, the owner who beavers around on the tomato bed and gives you freshly picked beans, Mia,the 9 month dog and cats we were welcome as family. You feel they love what they are doing and they are one with nature.

I stayed at the Punta Chiarito Resort for three nights with a friend as we had a wedding in Italy - we were really pleased on arrival at just how beautiful the hotel location is, the views are incredible, the resort is really spacious meaning it never feels over crowded, and the service was amazing. We were greeted by Nikola on arrival who was lovely and really took the time to make you feel special, as did all of the staff. We were staying in the annex building - which we were slightly nervous about having read other reviews about how far away it is / what the rooms are like, but we were offered a free shuttle service to and from our room which we took everyday and arrived quickly and was actually really quick and they arrived within 5 mins of us calling each time. The rooms in the annex were also really spacious and quiet which we wanted. The food and wine at the resort was amazing (especially the tomatoes which are grown on site and the olive oil which is made on site). We were looking for a really relaxing few days and it couldn’t have been better - everyone we met at the resort returns year after year and we will definitely be returning. :)

Our room wasn’t very modern but we didn’t expect it to be and this was fine for us. The resort is quite isolated but again this is what we wanted and it was an easy taxi journey to Saint Angelo etc.

The location was remarkable! The scenery was gorgeous, and the resort was very pretty. It had everything you needed, and the restaurant was amazing. I had shrimp both nights, and I have never tasted seafood like this before, very fresh and wonderful. The presentation was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, the pool was very warm and relaxing, and I loved the family feel - even the cats were friendly. The one thing I think it was missing was a little tuck shop. Somewhere to grab some snacks or some gelato. They were very nice, and gave me a pot of hot water and a cup so I could have my tea in my room at night.

This feels like such a getaway, beautifully remote with gorgeous views on all sides. The pool is not over crowded and is a mineral pool so you’re not dealing with all the usual chemicals. We had breakfast included which was lovely and had some beautiful evening meals at the property in their a la carte restaurant and also in Sant’Angelo across the bay.

Not a dislike for us at all, but more of an awareness point for others booking; it may be a little remote for some wanting to be in the thick of it.

Beautiful landscaping - over 2000 olive trees planted by the owner when he bought this peninsula in the 1980’s. Wildflowers and potted plants everywhere. The smell of jasmine combined with the gorgeous views made me feel sooo good! The geothermal baths, the warm sea waters on the beach far below (reached by steps down the side of the steep hill) and the rooster crowing down the hill where the resort’s garden is tended - all combine to make a visit I will never forget. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming.

A list of restaurant times (there are 3), a place to get snacks (nuts, fruit maybe) and information on how to walk to the local town for ATM, groceries etc would have been helpful. Really felt isolated.

We had the most amazing time at Punta Chiarito! The location is very remote which was perfect for us as it made our stay so relaxing; the facilities are great, the views are exceptional and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was also incredible - we ate in all three of the restaurants and they were all fabulous. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool but it is also very easy to visit the nearby beach (with thermal waters!) and go to the lovely town of St Angelo (the hotel provides a shuttle service). We can't wait to come back!

The decor in room we stayed in was a little outdated (but this was outweighed by the amazing views)

Lovely big room - we had a superior double room with a sea view. Spectacular view from our balcony which was also a good size. Location was perfect, the staff were extremely warm & friendly. Hotel is a little remote so loved the fact that each time we wished to venture to the nearest village where there were more bars/restaurants the staff would willingly take you in their little shuttle bus free of charge ! Never too busy by the pool so always plenty of sun loungers.

We only ate at the hotel restaurant on the 1st night as personally I didn't find the menu had too much variety particularly if you're not a big fish eater as 90% of the menu was fish dishes. We found it pretty expensive to eat there so hence why we travelled out in the evenings to find more reasonably priced options.

Absolutely unique hotel with incredible views and friendliest owner and his family. We enjoyed amazing Terme pools, organic food that they grow and relaxing spa(which I highly recommend) also you can buy their own cosmetics, olive oil, vine and other natural products. Beach downstairs is absolutely unique with sparkling feeling of hot and cold water together! Water is so clear, you can see many fishes and nature. We will definitely come back! And highly recommend to everyone who like to experience unique and incredible places on earth!
