Filippo was helpful from the start. He was there to greet us. He gave us great tips. He even offered shampoo when I told him they'd taken mine at the airport. The hotel has all basic facilities. The room had a beautiful terrace with an exceptional view. It's just a stones throw from Sorgeto bay but if you're mobile (we hired a motorino and it was a blessing) you can visit the whole island while being able to return to a quiet place at night. Amber and Sara, Filippo's gorgeous daughters served us breakfast every morning, and always with a smile (even when we asked for three or four coffees). They're exquisite and speak English and French other than Italian which makes it easy for anyone to communicate with them. Jean Paul patiently made us eggs each morning and served us cold cuts. The cleaning lady (didn't get her name) keeps the villa immaculately clean. If you're visiting Ischia and want to be in safe hands, just book :) By the way Ischia is beautiful and you'll love it especially of you're looking for authenticity with a little life but not the frantic rhythm some of these islands tend to offer. Visit Forio, Sant Angelo and get Filippo to book your sunbeds at Le Fumerole and eat lunch cooked in the hot sand. And ask him to get you that motorbike 😉

The wonderful family that runs this gorgeous hotel were all very accommodating! They provided us with amazing recommendations that led us to the best meals we had our entire trip, for example their family restaurant called “Emanuel” and another restaurant in Forio called “Ristorante Da Ciccio”. The room is a nice size with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. The A/C also works great! I do recommend renting a scooter to get around town as there are a lot of hills and this hotel is close to Sant Angelo which is a very popular spot. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Not the fault of the hosts, but the location is worse than it looks.

We loved the location right next to Sorgeto Bay. The property was spotless, and the family who owns it is incredibly kind and welcoming. They made our stay even vetter, the room was always spotless clean. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and we slept wonderfully thanks to the peaceful, quiet street.

Everything was amazing!

It was a perfect stay for us. Location is great (we rented a scooter which i think is the most convenient mean of transport in Ischia), room was very clean, the breakfast is good (you can ask for different options). Filippo and Sara are warm hearted people and they make you feel very welcomed. Hope we can come back soon. :)

A rather not sophisticated accommodation, but very cozy, clean and comfortable, new amenities, location is very close to Baia di Sorgeto - the only thermal springs beach with free entrance on the island. But the most we liked the owner of the hotel: the most welcoming and nice person!

loved the staff, Diego was so kind, gave us good tips on places to visit and booked us in at Gisela’s restaurant which is just up the road. nice quite location, would go back. Need to take bus from Main Street which is about 15-20 minute walk up hill, but nice scenery. Close to thermal water, beautiful, beautiful scenery as well. Really enjoyed it!

Shower very small, could have added refillable soap and shampoo. Aircon was 5€ per day? Or at least there was a sign saying that which was confusing, we didn’t use anyway. Also the balcony had great, great view of ocean but they need umbrellas out there as we only could enjoy at night due to the sun.

Our stay was just what we needed. Highly recommend. Excellent hosts that are welcoming and so helpful! The location was good, being right near the thermal pools meaning that it was perfect for night swims as we could just walk back in a couple of minutes. The breakfast was big and they catered to our dietary requirements, with no fuss. Will be coming back again :) and the view was amazing.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location... And with a very reasonable price for the area (it is a 5 minute walk to the hot springs) but what makes the place truly exceptional is the wonderful staff who are so helpful, friendly, and professional.

I liked everything very much, a wonderful place very interesting and a wonderful beach with hot springs is within walking distance. Very friendly host, very good becoming a lot of positive emotions.

Parking is not so trivial, but anyway still reliable.
