beautiful location, friendly stuff, we had to switch rooms and it was no problem, breakfast buffet is very good as well! shuttle services are available if you want to visit sant angelo, the driver also is a great guy. the room was cleaned every day which was perfect. the pool also was super clean and fancy!

there seems to be a problem with ants, they try to solve it, but it‘s likely that you will have some in your room (we had them in our room everyday). the bathrooms may need a upgrade since the shower really was tiny and not that clean.

The hotel was calm, beautiful, clean. We had such a wonderful time here. The staff always greeted us with a smile. They were also Extremely helpful with everything we needed,nothing was too much trouble! The pool was lovely, you have to wear hats. €3.50 at the hotel not sure if you can purchase cheaper online before visiting. Everything was clean. We had a wonderful time as a family of 3 with our son! Thank you all so much!

The only thing I would suggest is a sign for the pool water fountain feature to state hot water coming in to the pool. I burnt my hand on this as didn’t realise it was hot water entering the pool. So to save anyone accidents and burns precaution sign would be good :)

We are just back from this fantastic hotel and had a really great experience. The lovely welcome we received when arriving and the consistent great attitudes from the staff. The vibe was super laid back and chill, from the beautiful decor to the perfect beach side music playing every day. The breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed the many limoncello spritz made by the barman (I think his name is Nino?) who was a great character. Our room was the best seat in the house, with a stunning view over the pool, the sea and Panza. The pool area was perfect in beautiful surroundings. All was very clean. The price we paid was excellent value for money and we would stay again if back on the island. Situated in Panza you have access to a handful of bars and restaurants, a supermarket, fresh fruit and veg shops, a pharmacy. Yes you have to walk up and down a steep hill to get to the main road and the village but this is not unique to this hotel, it is a mountainous island and a price you pay for beautiful views. The bus stop at the bottom of the driveway made it very convenient to access Forio, San Angelo and the rest of the island. Thank you for a great time!

Nothing we didn’t like!

The property was a little gem in a hideaway so quiet and tranquil and away from all the noise.

The staff were so so friendly especially the manager and the bar staff. The breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful selection of foods. The swimming pool area was lovely and the hot spring in the pool was lovely too and the chairs around the pool was lovely. The only thing about the bed room is there was no kettle in room to make tea.

We picked this hotel on a bit of a whim as it was one of the few remaining affordable places on the Island and we were very impressed for the price we paid. The hotel is located in a lovely quiet and slightly less touristic part of the Island but its very easy to get around with the bus stop right outside the hotel and there's some good restaurants in walking distance (check out II Ritrovo) and there's a free shuttle to Saint Angelo in the evening. Pool was a lovely place to chill out for part of the day - not too busy, very clean and with lovely views. Breakfast was yum and the staff were friendly. Really couldn't have asked for more for the price.

The hotel was very beautiful, with modern furniture and extremely clean. The pool and the garden was amazing with a nice bar that offer the best limoncello spritz. The breakfast was amazing, maybe one of the best that I ever had.

Eventhough the hotel was well connected to all over the island by buses, it was far from the sea and it was not located in a city centre, so you are obliged to get buses or go by car wherever you want to go.

Beautiful location, amazing pool & setting, fantastic staff (so friendly & helpful,) beautiful breakfast & fantastic views from the room balcony. Bus stop right outside the entrance making access around the island very easy. Also mini fridge in the room to keep things cool. The hotel has a relaxing charm about it & the staff are incredible.

Perhaps some food / light bar snacks in the afternoon / evening were missing.

The first thing that surprised us was an amazing garden pathway to the entrance. Makes the place stand out from urban hotels we were used to. Of course, I must mention the thermal pool surrounded with greenery and a picturesque view to the central hill. Lovely place to stay

The sliding shower doors were missing one panel so despite all efforts, the water was sprinkling out. But I'm sure it's fixed by now

Everything was really good. Rooms are very good & clean. There is no noise in the hallways. Great breakfast.

The swimming pool is not shown as in the picture. It seems really big in the pictures, but actually, it's not. location is far from port. If you have bike its good. Otherwise, we need to rely on the bus.

Everything was nice and tidy, the scenes were like in a paradise! Teenagers loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious! The bus came near the hotel, and there was this recommended -and YES! best pizzeria near by! We will defenitely come again! Thank you!

There was very windy night once and the noice of the doors (?) was big! But it was my own fault also ’cause I didn’t understand to close the outer doors to the balkony.
