Atelier Ines is a wonderful boutique hotel and a literal art museum. Every inch of the hotel had beautiful, one of a kind pieces of art that told a story. At check-in, we met the front-desk manager and owners of the hotel who were all incredibly nice. The manager gave us a tour of the hotel and gave more details about the art-work. Our room was impeccable. Super clean and had everything we needed, including room slippers! I also loved the soaps/lotion they had available which is a luxury brand in Italy. Getting to the hotel was easy. It may be confusing for some looking at the outside in, only because its behind a gate, which I really appreciated. Naples has a lot going on and it is very loud in the city, so Atelier Ines was a nice break from that. We felt so relaxed and comfortable at the hotel. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Naples!

A quiet haven perfectly placed to see the sites of bustling Napoli. We were greeted warmly, room was perfect, great shower and v comfortable bed to rest our feet after 25,000 steps during the day. In spite of the central location and Napoli winning the Serie A the night we were there it was very peaceful. Delicious breakfast made by the host, a wine cellar to explore and refresh after a long day, and also an exquisite collection of unique art and design made in the on site studio by the host. Wonderful from start to finish and we will be back! Thank you for having us!

This place is a true gem that makes you fall in love with Italy even more. It is not a hotel in the proper sense of the word - it’s your very warm and welcoming home in Naples. Inès, and her hard working team of Gheehan and Ravi make you feel like a long-awaited guest. And the studio of Vincenzo! A true cave of wonders. Loved every moment there and will be returning again and again.

Well, you have to embrace Naples. It’s not intended for a traditional sightseeing. The city has its rules and the locals have zero intention to twist and bend to please visitors. The streets are not very clean so you have to be ready to walk around different places. Atelier Inès is located in a typical Naples area and you have to be ready to step out and enjoy it.

Atelier Inès Arts & Suites is a complete gem. My wife and I are lucky enough to be able to travel a good deal now. We like stylish, design type hotels. Atelier Inès Arts & Suites is one of THE best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is so beautiful: each room has individually designed and hand made items by Ines' husband. Our room was spacious; the bed was enormous and comfortable, and the ensuite was great. The breakfast was absolutely delicious including fresh orange juice and amazing pastries. The location is wonderful: the hotel is in a quiet courtyard, but you step right into the wonderful craziness of Naples. The immediate neighbourhood on the doorstep is full of Naples life; the main sights in the city are within easy walking distance. Most of all, Ines is THE perfect host. She gave us fantastic tips about Naples - where to go and enjoy the city. Her restaurant recommendations were just great. We totally loved our stay in this beautiful hotel.

Absolutely nothing

This hotel is an experience, not just a pretty place to sleep, take a shower, and have breakfast. It's tucked away in the back of a courtyard on a small but very lively street. once you pass the first courtyard (shared with people who live there) you enter the separate courtyard of the hotel and the feast for the eyes start. Every detail of the place is thought of, from door knobs, to shelves, to colors, to lights, placemats, napkin rings, etc. It's an absolute feast for design and art lovers. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful with great cappucinos. We met the owners and also got a tour of the workshop and got some history of how the place came about.

The hotel lists parking though it's only available through a paid parking location 1 block over, still within walking distance of the hotel.

Everything and everyone at the hotel is fabulous. I arrived to recuperate from a stay in a hospital in Napoli, awaiting my return to Australia. I was in a wheelchair. They met us at the gate as we arrived and helped us. The rooms were spacious and they moved furniture to give me more room. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! They brought breakfast to my room. Inès had been wonderful before we even arrived. Fabulous communication. Ravi and Gian are exceptional in making you feel cared for and special. Nothing is too much trouble. Staying in this beautiful green haven in the midst of crazy Napoli has been a godsend.

There is nothing not to like.

Great rooms, huge, lots of storage, all furnishings hand-crafted by artist owner. Spacious patio for each suite, bathroom has two sinks, extra helpful and cheerful staff. Good breakfast includes fresh orange juice and eggs scrambled to order, also fruit salad, prosciutto, salami, and cheese. The property itself (as opposed to the neighborhood) is quiet.

Naples can be challenging, and never more so than in the open air market just off the property. Crowded sidewalks, insane traffic, lots of motorcycles, and, worst of all, unavoidable. The district, Rione Sanità, is noisy, grimy, and said to be the densest residential area in all Italy. On the other hand, the apartment-sized suites with 15 feet ceilings are probably the most distinguished in all Naples.

Breakfast was delicious, simple and fresh served by lovely staff in a stunning garden courtyard, an oasis of calm in wonderful Napoli. The hotel is gorgeous with beautiful original pieces of art and sculpture (by Inèz herself) . The staff were so welcoming and warm. Serena, Ravi and all of their colleagues were charming and lovely. We stayed an extra night, thank goodness there was availability.

Nothing.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Atelier Inès and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming B&B truly exceeded our expectations. Inès and her husband welcomed us with warmth and hospitality, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated with pieces of art of their own workshop, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every corner. Breakfast was deliciously made with fresh, local products, and the members of the service staff were kind and very professional. Aterlier Inès is also conveniently located, very close to the city centre, restaurants, and shops. Just perfect to explore the area. Thank you Inès and family, for creating such a wonderful haven for travellers. We look forward to another stay in the future!

There's nothing to dislike. Our stay was perfect!

Superb interior, rooms are a very innovative design and great bathrooms. The service is amazing, proactive, attention to detail and great suggestions for Naples and the amalfi coast. Breakfast is excellent and the coffee is amongst the best in Naples. You are in the heart of a vibrant community

We loved staying at Atelier Inès - there is nothing we did not like - maybe slightly more powerful shower but I am splitting hairs
