Conveniently located next to a large food court and very close to Icon City (a retail district with numerous restaurants and convenience stores). There is an attached cafe where breakfast can be purchased at a discounted rate. Room was clean and comfortable, albeit small. Shower can be switched between rainfall and handheld attachments. There's a balcony with a decent view over Juru/Bukit Mertajam - we saw Deepavali fireworks.

Reception staff was a bit cold and spoke poor English. She insisted that I check in using the booking number rather than by name. Drinking water dispenser not provided. Hair dryer was missing. Shower holder was broken.

Morning front desk staff is excellent! very helpful and good manners

All the night staff are very disrespect full and very rude. was on the phone without mask and when i ask for a extend stay and to check on the availability both staff on the front desk was busy on the phone and saying no room tomorrow and cant check. i do understand tamil and one of the staff was telling the other staff dont have to stand and greet and she was not wearing mask. please check on your night staff and others all fine. thank you

A temperamental electric kettle which pops up its lid open towards the end of the boiling. Had to hold the lid firmly down until it finished boiling A few more tea and coffee sachets?

The hotel is clean and tidy

I book 2 separate room with king size bed for my mom and my family...requested to have room side by side ..but on the day itself, i only got 1 room at level 1 and another one at level 5…this created struggle as i need to got down to 1st floor to visit my mom ..for access card wise, i requested another card for level 1 and level 5 so tht i can go down to meet my mom…at first one Chinese staff refuse to give for both room..she only provide for level 5 which makes me difficult to meet my mom..my mom has to got down to G floor and bring me to her room…the next day morning, i went and explain my struggle to one indian staff, and she immediately pass another access card .. i was puzzled why this chinese staff didn’t pass the card when i request earlier???

Breakfast taste & presentation superb! Cafe ambience so nice. Bed & pillow very comfy. Room decoration & painting minimalist & nice. House keeping super fast changing the bedsheet when I called around 10pm to change as my kid suddenly vomitted. Reception lady at night shift was nice & helpful.

Good location if you need to stay on the mainland. For vacation, I would stay on the island. Breakfast was excellent. Good food and clubs nearby. Great inexpensive hotel for business travel. some rooms don’t have windows so be sure to check the description when booking. I actually liked the windowless room. It was really quiet.

1. The check-in was easy and fast. 2. The room was super clean. Indoor slippers were provided along with toiletries. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. 8 types of breakfast sets were available at the Bosses Cafe. There were variety of breakfast items along with tea, coffee, orange juice and milk. The portion of each breakfast set was big. The ambient at the cafe was very nice and pleasing as well. 5. Overall, the entire hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant.

The breakfast was so delicious and variety everyday The room is clean and comfortable.

The information about only selected rooms have window is not mention during the booking. Just notice it when arrived there and I did upgrade my room.

Location is convenience and near to the Penang bridge

It was located near to the main road and I could hear the noise especially there is a heavy vehicle like truck or lorry pass by.
