- Clean, modern, well-decorated rooms. - Great spa and wellness areas and service. - Excellent food. Abundant and delicious breakfast, afternoon snacks as well as a 6-course dinner or dinner buffet. Drinks and service at the bar were great too. - Superb service and hospitality. The personnel was accessible, attentive and helpful at any time. For example, I had a small incident where I hit and bruised my leg while exercising. I approached a lady in the reception, who immediately helped me by providing me a bag of ice.

The hotel is outstanding and I liked everything during my stay. However, I do have a recommendation or observation. I heard my friends commenting they would have preferred a warmer outdoor pool. During the evening, I observed some guests did not dare to enter the pool after touching the water. It was at 29°C, which is a fair temperature to me - but I like cool water. Perhaps the hotel might want to consider asking the guests' opinions and making the outdoor pool water warmer, especially in the evening, if the majority prefers it that way.

We have been regular guests at this hotel for few years already visiting 3-4 times a year. Overall, we are very happy with everything the hotel offers. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is excellent. One of the highlights for us is the Halfboard option – the food is always of high quality, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The spa, although small, is well-equipped and provides a great experience. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and they remember us, which adds a personal touch to each stay. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my experience with the outdoor "Stein Sauna" at this hotel was disappointing. The sauna was not hot enough, and the door was very short, which allowed cold air to seep in from underneath. It felt like the room was completely uninsulated, making it impossible to enjoy the sauna properly. I would recommend the spa management to increase the temperature and fix the door insulation to prevent cold drafts. Every time we’ve stayed in the hotel, we’ve noticed that no one ever uses this sauna, probably because it’s ineffective and just stays in a low heat mode all the time. It’s a shame, as with a few adjustments, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

The breakfasts and dinners were delectable, and the cozy atmosphere along with the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was very convenient, being within walking distance to the train station and with the bus station just in front of the hotel. The view from my room was idyllic, and the complimentary spa access provided the perfect relaxation I was looking for on this holiday.

I can hear noises from the other room and the banging of doors.

Great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel for location and facilities. The restaurants in the village were good too and not too expensive. The spa facilities were great and very clean, and I loved swimming in the outdoor pool.

There were a couple of minor things I would have liked but these didn't impact our stay. I would have liked a kettle in the bedroom. Also, the hotel offered free cakes in the afternoon. However, these stopped being served at 4pm. When staying in hotels of this calibre in other places, the hotels always offered free tea and cake for after skiing. It seemed odd to take the cakes away at 4pm when the last lifts were at 4pm - so most skiiers returned between 4.30pm and 5pm. The cakes here were left out for self-service so I'm not quite sure why the hotel didn't leave them out for an extra hour or so. The staff were not willing to bend the rules to acommodate this.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food is good and the afternoon snack a nice add on. Nice facilities.

I’d say the bed / mattress deserves a change. Wasn’t the most comfortable. Room can get hot, specially the ones without individual AC. The hotel kindly provided us with a can. Also rooms on the road side could get some noises due to party people existing the single club in the village, which is located in the hotel … not much one can do about that.

Nice hotel, nice design, clean. The rooms are nice and ok size, unfortunately only with 2 beds next to each other and no double bed, unless you pay the most expensive room, which is unacceptable. Food was good!

Pools are too cold, especially inside and they close too early. Dinner time is also too early. I mean these hotels should address younger guests too.

Great location, exceptional service at reception, afternoon and dinner restaurant, bar. Immaculately clean, great classic but modern mountain design, spacious room with comfortable bed and great storage, good spa offer with heated outdoor pool,

Breakfast service was not bad, but not perfect.

Rooms in the new added part have high ceilings and were also nice and cool in the hot summer months. Outdoor and indoor pool are lovely as was the breakfast buffet. Staff was very pleasant

Well there was a village festival going on whilst we were there and it was quite noisy in the evening but not the hotels fault.

I thought it,s a shame that the morning coffee is no longer served at the table and you have to go to a coffee Automat Also that most of the employees aren,t Austrian 😔

Carpet in our room looked a bit shabby. Lawn around outdoor swimming pool needed mowing. Spa/gym/sauna/pool area a little dated and not as modern/chic as the rest of the hotel.
