Location, facilities but the attention and courtesy of all the staff exceeded my expectations.

The bathroom was flooded in the morning two days!!! There was something wrong with the sink faucet. The first time I reported this situation in the front desk, they offered me to change rooms, I accepted, but they didn't do it.

I like the roof top bar a lot, and the the views throughout this property are incredible. Good vibe and nice room.

To use the rooftop bar you have to reserve a space and rarely are any available while you’re staying there even though there’s open spots. I still was able to pull of hanging out up there without a reservation but not a big fan of that.

The location is excelent, near ti shops, restaurants, anything you need. The room was comfortable and quiet. The Breakfast is amazing, the food , the decor and the classical music that I appreciated

The bathroom amenities could be better. And the staff at the restaurant work so hard that they miss a little bit of the kindness

I was offered an upgrade to a suite and it was great! my kids loved it, it has an extra TV area and a table for 4 with a little kitchenette with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. The bathroom is bigger than the regular rooms and we got it at the highest floor so the view was exceptional.

The gym had the AC cold on, they had the heat on on all areas but the gym.

all staff especially in the lobby (security)look at you like if they are mad, we seat in the front and every minute go and ask us if we are staying there, room number, we feel uncomfortable.

The location, we walked to Fashion Drive and to the Metropolitan center. Bed was amazing and the room had a beautiful view. The staff always ensured that our stay was incredible.

The room was somewhat smaller than what it seemed on the pictures. The bathroom situation felt cramped/crowded.

personalize concierge for the sky tower .. Gerardo was amazing made me feel like home .. helped in all of our needs .. Karla, Fanny and Guillermo also very attentive. the General Manager Lic Selene was very nice and trying to make the stay as pleasant as she could with her concierge team. the valet parking and the staff at the door was excellent..

just the front desk need for customer service skills, like if they didn’t want to be there working at the hotel .. Edith and Demi need more customer services skills .. other than that the rest were very nice ..

The TV didn’t work the whole stay The sent a technician but he couldn’t make it work , he say he was gonna change the tv , he didn’t

The hotel is beautiful, nice and elegant. The room has a direct view to El Cerro de la Silla

The hotel has 3 elevators, more than sufficient for a 40 floor hotel. But for some reason the open-close is very fast. So if you’re not alert maybe could miss the first try.

Nice and beautiful room, gigantic bathroom, astonishing view from the room and excellent the location near to everything.

The guy at the elevator asking every time which room were we at, absolutely every single time. The Jacuzzi water wasn't hot enough. Very hard pillows and sheets really slippery, I don't know which fabric was, but they just slip out of the bed.
