Aprox. 20 min from the airport, so I'd recommend for travellers who only stay in Istanbul for 1 night :)

Staff didn't speak much in English, they weren't very helpful when I had basic questions about getting around.

Spacious clean rooms. 24 hr service!

Air conditioning didn’t work.

The check-in lobby was absolute mind blowing with the low counter that creates an inviting experience with the front desk agent. I have never seen such ambiance in a hotel lobby in all my years of travel. The front desk agent, Semih actually made us feel so welcome and like family. He even offered us Turkish tea & coffee while checking in. Another great perk, was the 24 hour restaurant!! It was good to know that we could take advantage of a meal in the middle of the night instead of walking outside.

I can’t find any dislikes about this hotel.

Excellent price/quality combination. Spacious corridors, clean room. Very nice and helpful hotel and restaurant staff. Our flight was at 7 pm, the check-out is at 11 am but the staff allowed us to stay till 2 pm without extra charge. The food was excellent. The restaurant is staff is always there to serve. You can choose between air conditioned and nicely decorated hall or solarium.

I would suggest more foreign language speaking staff through hiring or training.

We needed to book this last minute after an issue with another booking (booking.com still haven't rectified 🤬) Staff were helpful re hotel but not surrounding area. Food in restaurant was fine for 1 night as was the room but its clear this hotel is very new with many things not up and running yet so the price was a bit steep. Location wise was great and were at the airport in 15min but found our own transfer as hotels was also expensive. Fine for a night before a flight when a beds needed.

No alcohol on the premises, long walk to a shop. Hotel is situated right on a dual carriageway. Air con didn't work looked like they were still installing it in corridors.

Amazing Staff, Rabia was super helpful with recommendation and also checked me in earlier. For the price I paid was happy with the hotel. From other reviews it seems the breakfast was delightful although I had an early flight and was not able to try it.

Could have been a better room since the hotel appeared empty. But for the price I paid, can't complain.

Nice spacious room + the staff provided a separate cot for our baby, there was a kettle +tea/coffee in the room, big TV, comfortable beds, terrace, a separate bath right in the room + shower. Big choice of food for breakfast ( including local specialities). The location was perfect for us because we needed a hotel close to the Airport.

Not so critical but it might be good to add a second trash bin ( there was only one small bin in the bathroom). But otherwise everything was superb.

We were received by Emre who made our stay memorable. He attains to us with great pleasure and offer us a cup of coffee when we were leaving. Kursat and Songul made sure that we ate well and we enjoyed the breakfast.

Everything was fine and we were welcome in the hotel.

We were there only for an evening . The actual restaurant did not seem to be open so we ate up in the lobby in a closed off area with tables and chairs. It smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no alcohol available as it is in a Muslim area .

The smell of cigarette smoke in the eating area. It is a bit misleading to call the hotels in the area airport hotels as they are all a cab ride away.

Nice hotel where I had all what I needed for a short stay near Istanbul airport: a new and clean room, a very good shower, a comfortable bed, tasty coffee in Starbucks 24/hr in a hotel-lobby, good service, very friendly and caring personnel. Not a very convenient entrance if you are with heavy luggage, but personeel was very attentive to it and helpful
