The Hotel is directly in a beautiful beach. The room was really spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner was also above the average.

The hotel replied quite long to our questions before our arrival and we have not booked transfer from the ferry to the hotel. We took a bus, which was very cheap, quite fast, but the closest bus station is 700m from the hotel infront an other hotel. 700m distance wouldn’t be a problem, but there is no pavement between the two hotels, only a highway where you can’t walk with luggages…. When we left, we wanted to book atransfer to the airport one day earlier, but it was told, that the hotel can arrange it only if you book it two days earlier. A transfer with taxi is min 130EUR, if you take the bus which is 700m away, you also run the risk, that the bus will be full at this station, and you miss your flight. So either rent a car or plan your transfer carefully!

All the facilities was amazing, the breakfast, the lunch, the people working there were very kind. The private beach access was amazing too.

No taxi service proposed by the hotel. The property is not far from the center of Morro Jable. But for those who didn’t rent a car, there is no taxi service proposed by the hotel. So you have to take the public transportation that is a very living nightmare. You can wait for entire hour to drive 5 minutes until the center.

Quiet adult only resort. Choice of swimming pools and lovely picturesque beach. Breakfast and half board food very good with plenty of choice. Worth getting half board as little other choice in neighbourhood (except if drive/taxi to nearby town)

Loved the proximity to a beautiful beach & away from main town but still within a 5minute drive

I was allocated a room on the wing over the loading Bay Area & was an absolute nightmare with noise. Calmly requested an alternative room & was allocated a beautiful quiet room on another part of the property

I would have liked more transparency on the fact that the spa is only open a couple of days per week. And Booking.com should take its responsibility in this sense. I ended up booking this place instead of another one precisely due to the spa but ended up not using it at all because it was only open one day of the 4 we were there, which didn’t match our plans. And would be great to explicitly mention that one has to pay extra (it’s really not a lot of money, it’s about the principle)

The rooms in this hotel are fabulous. Ours was large and spacious with a very comfortable king-sized bed. The balcony was huge and very private with a side sea view. The choice of food for breakfast and dinner was exceptional for a buffet. There was a special event for San Valentin, which was very well presented with special desserts made for the occasion. There are 2 large pools, one of which is heated to a reasonable temperature.

The a la carte restaurant was very poor. The food on the menu was inferior to the buffet and was expensive. The vegetables were badly overcooked. When this was mentioned, nothing was said. There are 5 saunas and one steam room. You pay extra for this. It is called a Spa Circuit which is incorrect. There is no circuit other than what you choose to use. The temperature in 2 of the saunas was too low to use.

First of all, wow, beach wow, buffet wow 👌- theme nights but the level of choices - wow from salmon with caviar to proscuito being cut in from of you to lobster paella with a huge lobster - wow, take the half board option the food is amazing! Best buffef i've been at and i've travelled a lot! Second - the staff- they will accommodate and go above to make sure you had the best stay! (We ran into an issue in another property and had to check in 1 day earlier- and they not only found us a beautiful room, but also a discount for that night, anyways the lady at the reception a very big thank you!) Third its a beautiful property multiple pools, clean, has pools on multiple levels and really spotlessly clean 😍

That we had to leave

My husband and I did a week-long stay here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. This being our first resort experience, it was all that we dreamt of and more...Royal Palm really set a high standard for us. The staff was so kind and accommodating. LOOOOVE the direct access to the beautiful beach and the choice of pools which were so relaxing. Shout out to all the restaurant/bar staff, especially our host at La Piazzetta and the staff at the Lisca Bianca pool bar!! Great room staff and amaaazing beds/bedding (wish I could have brought it home with me). I had a very nice massage here, husband signed up for tennis but had to cancel due to a windy day-they have lots of options for guests. Would absolutely love to come back to this resort!

1.) There was a bit of confusion on requesting extra water and we ended up paying a lot for water due to difference in packaging (glass vs plastic) which we would have rather avoided...would suggest making that more clear so that guests know their options straight up. 2.) Despite my chosen massage being advertised as body, face and feet, the face part lasted about 3 seconds, so that was a bit disappointing but the rest was really relaxing.

We know the Palm really well and it rarely disappoints in any way, we love the room the pools, the buffet and the staff have always been really good to us. The room is spotless, the reception is efficient and we relax totally when we get there.

There is very little we don't like, we have had about 12 stays, the superior room was amazing and the sea view rooms have all but the sunbeds so nothing to complain about. Thinking about our stays, we are very loyal and repeat customers, it would be great if the Royal Pal and Spa had loyalty cards that stored your information so you do not need to repeat it every time and also records your stays. We are back again this year and wanted to check a room number for that stay based on a previous stay and the receptionist could not see that information.

I loved the location and the proximity with such beautiful beach! The indoor Jacuzzi was also a good surprise.

The Spa is open only 3 afternoon per week, needed to be reserved AND available only if at least 8 persons made a reservation.. For a Hotel that in its name put "& Spa" I would have expected at least that the Spa was going to be available every day for the guests!!! Also, no heating available in the rooms. Unfortunately during my stay the temperature significantly drop and inside my room was definetly cold. Only option was to get a second thick blanket for the bed as the kind staff suggested.
