Service, installations, cleanliness, staff. Everything was excellent.

Unfortunately, there’s a construction going on next to the hotel (I’m not sure if it’s on the hotel’s property or next door, and didn’t ask). It starts early I the morning, at around 7:30-8:00, and it goes on until 6:00 pm. So basically, all day. For us it wasn’t a problem since we were out most of the day, but it was kind of annoying to sit down on the beautiful deck and hear the loud machines going. Regardless, it’s a wonderful place and we will stay there again.

We were on business trip and had a packed schedule, otherwise would love to spend more time to enjoy the hotel. Dine in breakfast and dinner was delicious, there were two mornings that we had to go out very early and didn't have time to dine in, we were able to order a take out sandwich meal from the restaurant. Thank you for making our travel smooth and easy. This place is absolutely memorable and we would love to come back again in the future!

Elegant and comfortable. Beautiful gardens. You feel transported to another era of hotel elegance and super boutique style All the staff are excellent. The main rest is outstanding food decor and super staff.

The wifi was unusable in our room. It was fine at the restaurant and bar but in the room Netflix was not usable due to this nor could our mobile devices work reliably in wifi.

What an idyllic spot in the lush, cool Panamanian mountains. The grounds are like a botanical garden and the hotel has lots of historical charm. The staff is unfailingly attentive, helpful and friendly. Truly a unique experience.

The room was beautiful with historic charm and modern comfort, whilst the food from the restaurant was delicious.
