Love the new set up of room and FINALLY have hot water for your taps (Used to have heater issue for most of my previous trip here) Staff wise, still the same as always, helpful with smile =)

Quite disappointed your restaurant was under renovation this round and no alternative for breakfast. Very disappointed with the renovation beside the hotel (Just right outside my toilet window), Too noisy for me to rest if i was going for natural wake up late. I need late check out, but wasn't offered for free or lower rate as i'm your regular customer. Somehow disappointed on this. Disappointed on the water pressure for your shower, need better water pressure. CMYK used to sell ice-cream at ground level, always bought some for friends and CMYK staffs, maybe should bring this back. =) Nearby hotel area now became like little Chinatown, don't really like it. But this cant be helped by CMYK too. =)

The beds are comfortable. The aircon is cold and Wi-Fi works perfectly for me. The staff are friendly especially the bellboys who are always polite and welcoming you with smiles.

Perhaps due to an old building, the water discharge pipe in my bathroom has a blockage on my last night. My brother's room has no issue on this though. So it could be a one time, individual room issue.

Location still acceptable with a little walking from train station. The facilities can be improvise further.

The aircon leakage service took two days to settle and there are some noises in the middle of the night. However the response from the staff are still very proactive.

Breakfast was excellent. Door lock card key being a external proximity so that it does not have a slot damaging the card. The shower was really powerful which is a great feeling. The location is the area where I like to stay, good restaurants and convenience shop.

The parking spaces are OK for a small car, but too small for a pick up truck.

The bed is very comfortable to sleep on.

The Housekeeping staff actually placed our shorts on top of our Buddhist amulet which we place on the bedside shelf. Considering Thailand to be a religious country and majority of the Thais are Buddhist by religion. How can this be accepted? Seriously....very unhappy about this issue.

Location was okay. Near Hway Kwang station. Dinner was plentiful with numerous stalls nearby. Breakfast wasn't that great. I have booked for 3 days breakfast. Was not able to have my breakfast for the first 2 days as breakfast is served only from 7am. And I had to rush for a meeting. I requested for a refund or breakfast at 6am but not possible.
