The parking was spacious , lots of empty parking space. The hotel is huge as is the welcome. Wifi is strong and fast, the rooms super clean and really big. Bed was comfy and the shower huge and the water fast and really hot. Breakfast was ok but i feel over priced at 15€. I arrived late due to bad weather and traffic jams, would love to try their restaurant next time.

The breakfast could have had more choice, to me it was over priced. Simple croissants, fresh hot coffee would have been enough to boost the choices.

It was very clean and comfortable, great location and walkable. It took 20 minutes to walk to the main station (HauptBahnhof) but was a very pleasant walk. The staff were extremely helpful.

I initially booked for 3 nights and then extended by making a new booking for another night. However, I had to pack up everything and check out at 6 am (as I was going for a day trip) and upon return I was given the same room. I did not understand why they needed me to check out if my booking was for the same room. Other than this everything was okay.

Free parking, easy to find, very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, walking distance from centre, shopping centre nearby. Tram stop nearby but see other comment.

No adverse comments about the hotel. The tram ticket machine, on the other hand is impossible to understand even for fluent German speakers (way too many options), so it's easier to walk.

The room was nice and very clean, the bed was confortable. A place to come again!

Not very friendly receptionist. The reservation was made with American Express (hotel payment method). The payment was not possible with this card, as they canceled the contract with American Express just a day ago. Who can believe to such statement?

Nice receptionist. The room was a double, so plenty of room. Nice and tidy. Decent location, in walking distance of a few restaurants. And only 53.10€ inclusive of tax and parking. 😀

The curtain didn't fully cover the window, so there was a bit of light pollution early in morning. No coffee/tea making facilities.

This accomadation really surprised me, for a 1 night transit stay i was really satisfied. the Hotel is really clean and nice. reception woman was really enthousiastic and we felt really welcome, the breakfast was good and the price was really good. We recommend this hotel in combination with visiting the area, not only for a 1 night stay.

TV no stations in English except news stations. Very few staff know English. The hotel has to cater for Internationals. In hot weather fans are not enough.

The hotel is walking distance from the hospital The staff were very friendly and flexible. I liked that I could get a cup of tea at any time.

The hotel was beautiful and nicely decorated. The room was amazing, with plenty of space and even the comfort of a sofa in addition to the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pleasant and plentiful.

It advertised free cots available, but we actually had to pay 15€ for the cot.

Friendly staff, always available. Easy onsite parking. Easy to reach from the highway and not too far from city center.

They were fine for the price, but rooms and breakfast are just basic.
