In general: it's a good hotel, everything works, it's pretty clean, the rooms are quite comfortable in terms of size. A big bonus for some people is the kitchenette in the room. It has a parking underneath, it's close to a large grocery store. So, it's well equipped. The personnel is helpful and friendly.

I'm not downvoting at all for that but something for the future guests to realize: * The hotel is pretty far from everything, it's 15-20 mins away by car from Bergamo, so keep this in mind. And also there's not much around the hotel. * I reserved a room for one - and I got a single bed, which is totally ok of course, it's just that I'm used to typically get a queen/king size bed even when book for a single person. But hey, I got what I deserved.

We can say that we liked everything. Very spacious and clean room on the top floor with balcony and mountain view, sufficient breakfast, a quiet hotel in a very quiet area. There are two parking lots, one covered and one outside. Congratulations and thanks to the very kind staff and the daily cleaning of the room.

We have nothing to complain about.

Clean ‘n tidy! Although it is not a new construction, every thing was in perfect condition and very clean! The bathroom, the room, the reception…… excellent! The bed was extra king sized and the bed mattress was just right for a peaceful sleep. The guy in the reception did whatever he could to satisfy our needs and the lovely lady with the big smile showed us some of Italy’s hospitality!

Breakfast could be improved, with some more variety. The air conditioning system was not working in the room. I called the reception, they explained me how to do it, but still it was not working. They offered to come and look at it for me but my daughter was already asleep so I thanked no. Internet was not working very well. There was no conditioner and sleepers among the amenities

Clean and spacious family room. Good breakfast, not much variety, but still quality food. Has a small gym and 2 working places with Mac computers and a printer. Leisure area with foosball table and various toys for kids. Nice inner yard sitting area. Close to the Zoo! Daily cleaning service. Shopping market on the order side of the street.

The hotel was nice and comfortable beyond our expectations. It's meant for traveling by car because it is located in an agricultural area, but it is worth renting if you don't mean to use public transportation. The room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed and great puffy pillows. It is a free parking lot available at any time, friendly staff speaking English and always ready to help. It was a perfect choice for our company of three adult women - independent travelers

There must be something to improve, but I have no idea what

Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable. Our room was large, extremely comfortable and had excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good, the food always fresh. Cleaning was of a very high standard. Plenty of parking spaces. Our son was getting married nearby and the added bonus was that the hotel has a laundry room with ironing boards, irons and a steamer so we could all press our outfits!

Gorgeous hotel with big rooms. Super clean and modern. Ideal for a stopover and close to a supermarket and the main roard. We were surprised by the quality. The breakfast was superb and everything is well decorated.

Just to say something, you need one key to enter the room and the card for the lights.

Very delicious and rich breakfast with excellent coffee and famous Italian sweet cakes. Very good and practical location. Rooms are really big, comfortable and very clean. Secured parking in underground garage.

A very convenient hotel if you are traveling and need to stay overnight. Convenient parking and excellent reception We were even given a more spacious room than we ordered. Great breakfast and everything was just perfect. Thank you
