I liked the pool it looked like it was well kept and I enjoyed the hot tub. They had a light breakfast Coffee, Juice, Muffins, Cereal. I liked the price but it was about the same as other hotels in the area I saw 4 signs saying pricing of 47.95 per night so that was about the same everywhere in the area. I liked the ice machine it worked great.
The bed had a big valley in the middle on one side and it was clearly well used but the sheets were clean. The room was fine but the floor had some staining. The Fridge was not cold and they had removed the dial so I could not adjust it but I just kept stuff in my cooler and used the ice machine. I got there 20 minutes before the 2 PM check in and the guy said his cleaning lady was not done yet. I had to ask for a different room because I did not want to look out at the garbage dumpster but he did change the room when I asked to do so. There were several white lawn care Trucks parked in the back. It was not clear if they were customers or just parked there because they were filled with work equipment. So due to this I decided I needed to park my car in the front to be secure.

Check-in was smooth. I arrived just after 10 pm and was told the room was on the second floor, up stairs, and they wanted to be sure that was fine (it was). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was just there for the night, leaving early the next morning.
The breakfast was fine -- some off-brand toasted O's with milk, a packaged blueberry muffin, and glass of machine-dispensed OJ -- all good. The mattress was comfortable but there was a dip in the midle, so I took a quick peek -- Trump Home (rebadged Serta) which they stopped selling in 2016 or maybe 2017 based on research, so it's about 7 years old, perhaps time to replace as I've read. Insert your own joke here.

I knew that since it was an older hotel that it would not have an updated room. I was SO happy that it was attractive, CLEAN, and well maintained. It was a comfortable bed and the pillows were AMAZING 😊 the woman who checked us in was very friendly. We would stay here again when in town. The price was affordable for us. We didn’t get there at the projected check in time, but had no problems when we got there.
Hmmm, maybe a few more towels since we had indicated that there would be four adults in the room.

Two story motel with no elevator....I was lucky to have a ground floor drive up room. Not fancy but clean...A/C worked....plenty of hot water for shower...pool & hot tub were working...central location....you can walk to many nice restaurants....
Only a couple minor complaints....No laundry on premises...but a clean well lit coin laundry is three blocks away across from McDonald's...Very basic breakfast....one shelf was broken off the door of my bar fridge....parking lot fills up quick at night, but you can park at restaurant next door overnight...( I believe same owner as motel)....rates were high due the big event in town....but no sin in making a profit...two more things...nothing to do with the motel...just a heads up...if you are from Canada, regardless of your age.. you must show your passport( not Dr Lic ) ...to buy liquor at Utah state-run liquor stores....and lastly, no one can buy a Lotto ticket in Utah, or Nevada....it's a 30 min, very picturesque drive, to Littlefield, Arizona to buy Lotto tickets..

We have stayed here twice now and overall it has been a good experience.
My only thing with this place is the breakfast sucks. The first time we stayed they at least had yogurt, but this time the juice did not taste good. They have 2 kinds of cereal and that fine if you eat it but we don’t. They have prepackaged small muffins and oatmeal. No protein at all. No fruit. No fun breakfast items.

Convenient and close to our destinations while we were in St George. Very friendly staff. Clean. Our room was close to the pool, which was convenient because the kids loved playing in the pool every day and night.
Pool closed at 10 which would have been nice to have it open til 11. So the kids could swim a bit longer on the days we weren’t back until later. The hot tub wasn’t really hot. It was a comfortable temperature but much cooler than most hot tubs.

Breakfast was minimal, but OK, and as expected. Room amenities were fine. Front desk was good. Pool looked nice, and people were swimming, but we didn't. Location was perfect.
It met expectations, but carpet was dark, and you couldn't tell how dirty it was. The room had obviously been cleaned, but it's needs a major deep cleaning at some point. But, I get it, that costs money, and for $53 a night, this was a good value.

I thought the room was clean and was exactly what I had expected. The bed was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy to park and well lit to make sure that your car is safe. The night staff really helped me out because I arrived later than anticipated but they made sure that I was at home. Great staff.
The bathroom door didn't close all the way due to some damage. I was alone so it didn't bug me but if I had been with people, it would have been a problem.

The room size (king suite) was perfect! We made great use of the wet bar. Room was clean and everything worked well. Plenty of nice food options in walking distance also.
We could hear the people talking (all might) in the room next door. They (fortunately) weren’t loud so it wasn’t too big of a deal.
