The location has quick easy access to the freeway making it easy to get around town. The outdoor hot tub is a great place to relax. There is a new restaurant/brewery that just opened down the street giving us another great food option, and the paved bike path is very close if you are looking for somewhere to ride your bike. The hotel is always clean and well taken care of. Plus it's great to have access to a full-sized fridge plus microwave and cooktop, if you need it. My Place is ALWAYS our first choice when we have an opportunity to stay in St. George!

No complaints!

The hotel seemed quite new. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfy and linens were fresh. There was a decent size table to eat at which is nice when eating takeout. Good location close to I15. Pet fee was reasonable. We would definitely return again if the price was right.

The night we chose to pass through just happened to be a weekend (Friday). And, the area seemed to be very busy. Thus, we had to pay a premium price for the room albeit it was cheaper than many other hotels in the area. One downside was that breakfast is not included.

We always know that we will have clean and well maintained facilities.

THE OUTRAGEOUS PET FEES. We have two small dogs ( 12 pounds each) and your pet fee is $20 per night per pet?????? So our room costs an additional $40 per night. That is enough to get me to look for a place with a more reasonable pet fee. What happened to your $10 pet fee? We have stayed in many of your hotels, and are disappointed that we may have to change.

The cleanliness thru-out. It was spotless! We loved having a kitchenette and a comfy recliner. The location was great. Near a couple of restaurants. It's within walking distance from the Virgin River trail.

The bed was too hard, and there was no box around underneath to keep items from going under. There were towels, a mini stove, and even a sink but no dishes in the kitchenette. Admittedly, we did not ask the front desk about that. They may offer some by request.

i loved the full size fridge that has an ice maker. the kitchenette was really nice too. the view from the room was really nice. being next to culvers was great. we didn't have to go far for a late snack

the elevator was really slow. you can hear everyone above you and running down the hall. there was no ice maker in the hallway and had to wait a long time

The pool is nice and quiet and I loved the zero depth entry into the pool. The water was warm and the sun was shining! We are on a biking trip so it was a bonus to have the Virgin River bike trail right across the street from the hotel. The staff was outstanding. Every single employee that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing with a big kitchenette including a full size fridge and stovetop. We also did our laundry in their facilities. Everything works well and we had zero complaints. The only dangerous part about this hotel is that it’s next to a Culver’s Ice Cream, lol.

The location, rooms and ease of check in was great. The stuff was friendly and accommodating. We had an issue around utensils the room, but the resolved it really quickly by providing us plasticware. We really appreciated the bonus individual free drink.

We should have been better informed about there not being any utensils in the room before we checked in and settled in. This would have helped us prepare a bit more, but the staff resolved it quickly for us.

Splash pad looked super cool, pet cleanup station. Nice walking path across the street, lots of food options nearby.

There’s no ice machine, just the small amount of ice that the room freezer produces. The AC blew cold but rattled loudly when on (room 102).

The pool area was nice and would be good for children. Walking distance to restaurants.

No plates or silverware or pots were in the room. If the there's a full kitchen, those things are expected. Maybe they are available to check out, but I wasn't informed of that.

the location was exceptional, the room was a decent size. staff was very friendly and helpful.

we can hear our neighbors a bit noisy, kids running up and down. our room always had a really bad smell. I ask the house keeping lady if they can spray some deodorant in our room.
