We have stayed at the Chateaux many times before and it was flawless this time as it has been in the past It is expensive, but everything goes like clockwork from the front door it is across the road to Deer Valley resort , and other 50 m to the ski slopes the hotel has a shuttle that drops you down to Park city about 10 min away where you can go shopping or out to other restaurants they had an army of cleaners so room and hotel where always kept very clean , something that many hotels now try and do a minimum of Breakfast had excellent options , I am gluten free so had plenty of fresh fruit , gluten free cereal and bread Staff are always friendly and long term , work well as a team and value you as a guest Alex the assistant manager was always around and looking to help you in positive ways The onsite Cena restaurant for dinner has Italian inspired food and is very good excellent hot pools after skiing to relax in and chat with other guests there is a ski shop on site ,and a christys ski shop across the road We had a lovely week and zero issues

As all the shops across the road shut at about 6 , there is not much else to do locally so you have to take the shuttle down to Park City

Size, layout and decor of the suite was exceptional. Heated stone tiled bathroom floor and automatic under counter lighting when entering the room was a real plus.

We didn’t like that the suites windows and balcony was situated on the courtyard. The shades had to be drawn even during the daytime to allow for privacy.

The hotel has a great breakfast and pool area. The shuttle to and from Main Street is a great perk too!

Overpriced for what you get with lots of added charges. Check your bill - we were billed for the resort fee twice and had to call to have the duplicate charge reversed. $40 a night for on-site parking is excessive given the nightly room rate.

One of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at. Wonderful, helpful staff, first class accommodations, and a great location.

If I have to find something negative, the only thing was the complimentary breakfast was cold. We were there early one morning and the wonderful buffet breakfast was cold. Really, as nice as this property is, this was the only somewhat negative thing.

Breakfast was good. Dinner at Cena was yummy! Not lacking any flavor at all. We had pepperoni pizzeta, broccolini, carpaccio and it was all so delicious.

Park City prices are high across the board, but that’s what you get with tourism. I’d love a ‘bounce back’ coupon to use to bring back my mom or husband.

Every room is a luxury. The European feel is still alive and well. Gorgeous property!

No room service (?) The property just made upgrades to the lobby which are a stark contrast to the Swiss/rustic charm that this property is famous for.

We had a suite / residence which was amazing and unexpected with kitchen, dining area, lounge area bedroom and two bathrooms. The suite also had laundry facilities. Great gym. Breakfast was unexpectedly included too. Really spoiled us for the rest of our trip.

Very expensive. Old style. The description of the room was not realistic: I booked for 2 adults and 1 child (12) and there was only one bed smaller than queen size to fit the three of us

The breakfast was great! The food was all fresh and great variety! The dinner at Cena was very good too. Having the shuttle take us to skiing and also to local dining was wonderful.

The room itself was dated and quite small for the money but the service was very good.

I can not recommend this place enough!! There was an issue with my reservation and the manager fixed it quickly and graciously. After only one night, the staff called me by name as I would come and go. Do not hesitate to book here. I will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.
