The lobby has an attendant 24/7 allowing for convenient, safe 👮 check-in (for us in the middle of the night) and someone to help with any questions about the hotel 🏨 and surrounding area throughout our stay. The housekeeping 🧺 staff was always close by, polite, and helpful. Breakfast offerings were more than enough for our needs and included the only thing that truly matters-Texas shaped waffles 🧇 so there’s that!! Tons of restaurants in the parking lot you can walk to (or drive if heat/humidity 🥵 are not your friend). The hotel was clean, no weird smells, no incidents with our vehicle or otherwise-not really anything else I could ask for 🙌 Will book again if in the area 😁

The value was excellent. The facility is updating all the rooms and the staff was nice and very attentive. Location was close to Texas A&M.

Room 216 had a problem with the door. Normally the door would lock behind you, but in this case you had to pull the door closed. Housekeeping wasn’t aware and when I came home, the door was not fully closed. When alerting the front desk they apologized and indicated that they’re still working out all the issues since remodeling. Since I wasn’t sure that this would be communicated to all housekeeping, I told them not to have housekeeping come to the room and they complied.

Great place to stay, they are right in the middle of renovations, which I was not told about when I made my reservation. So, that was a little inconvenient.it will be very nice when complete. Breakfast was very boring... eggs, bacon, diy waffle, some oatmeal packets. When they are finished with the renovations it will be a much better place to stay. They also put a $75 per day hold on my debit card for a total of $150 for incidentals or damage to the hotel. I was not prepared for that! That's something that no one mentioned at check in or on Booking. $150 is a lot of money to hold...

Breakfast was great and offered many choices, The room was very clean. bed was very comfortable and had all advertised conveniences. I was also very pleased about the location, since my granddaughter was graduating from Texas A & M but also the restaurants, gas and Highway 6. Close to everything you need. I also really appreciate them being pet friendly. My fur baby goes everywhere with me.

The ONLY issue I had was another guest thoughtlessly dinging my passenger door, while I was parked in the lot.

Clean and comfortable

They gave me the wrong room. I booked months in advance a room with 2 beds and they gave me a room with one bed only. They overcharged me and the staff and manager did not make it right. They told me I had 2 choices, I could get a refund and leave the hotel or I could just accept it. They have my room to someone else because I used a third party to book my room. They also told me I had to take it up with booking.com and not the hotel. They told me that they gave preference to those who book directly with the hotel. They gave me the hotel rate and not the booking.com rate I reserved months ago. They took advantage of my family and I needing the room, with no other choice, we had to stay because it was too late.

The staff were so very friendly. Any issues we had were delt with immediately. The decor is dated but beds were comfortable They still have daily room cleaning if you want it. Brandi was super helpful and very pleasant. Yolanda was very outgoing and ready to help and very friendly. Monica was an absolute excellent breakfast host. She was right on top of keeping it tidy and always a smile. DeAnthony was working alone on Christmas day. our refrigerator messed up and we told him when we came down for breakfast. he was on it and got us a replacement option before we finished breakfast. Always cheerful. Every worker we encountered from from desk to the cleaning team we're super nice This makes me want to return on my next visit to the area

the main thing is it needs updating but that's about par for many hotels in the area.

The breakfast was great.The atmosphere was good. The stay was great.I like the new rooms nice and big and up to date with the new TV 's and cozy bed a lot of extra towels in the bathroom. And the refrigerator and microwave was will nice also. Will come back for the holidays .

What I didn't like was that I looking for social hour in the Lobby.I was told that it discontinue because there some remodeling going on at the hotel maybe next time they will bring it back. I want a holiday drink.

Suites are extremely spacious. Hotel is very clean and neat. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it was a decent size and appeared clean. Breakfast was delicious although the choices were few. The parking lot is enormous and the hotel is located right off the highway with a few restaurants in the same parking lot. Lobby area is cozy and newly remodeled

Breakfast did not have enough options, it was pretty basic food, but it was very tasty. Overall, the hotel is located far away from any attractions but if you're looking to be near Texas A&M, which was the purpose of our trip, this is the place to stay

The rooms were nice & spacious. I liked that the floor is tile & plank. The a/c worked GREAT!!! It was quiet, except when the cleaning staff was in the hall I could hear them all talking. It was very neat & clean. We would love to stay here again!

More parking, we were in a truck. It was snug & hard to fit in. Some people took up 2 spots.

The facility was nice and clean, from the lobby to the room. The room was very comfortable and spacious, loved the full-size refrigerator and stove. Also, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The kids and I were in town for games at the Legends Event Center which was minutes away including a lot of eateries.
