We just stumbled upon this hotel, and we are so glad we did. It was a fantastic stay, exceeded our expectations. Epinal is a quiet, quaint town less then a 5 minute drive to Cogna. The location was perfect and the views from our window were breathtaking. The room had a small kitchen equipped with what you need to prepare small meals. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here. The owner Rosella was so gracious and helpful. We want to go back.

Very pleasant hospitality. I needed to delay our checkout in two hours due to a zoom call, and the owner, who was very mice agreed. comfortable parking. great view from most of the rooms. 5 min drive from Cogne.

The bed was too soft for us.

The owner, Rusella, is very kind and 100% solution-oriented host. Parking is comfortable and the view from the room is great. The location is very good. Washing machine and drying area worked out great.

The mattress was too soft.

The decor, the location, the view, the cleanliness and the friendliness :D everything was perfect. My partner and I didn't have a car and we were able to move around pretty ok to Cogne and to the main hikes, bus stop is literally next to this accommodation.

All was great.

It was in a good location, with parking right in front of it and it was quiet. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the snow did not allow it, but you can start nearby the house and the trail will lead to Cogne. They also had a room for waxing skis.

Well equipped studio with small kitchen. Fridge and moka pot were good. Bathroom was good. Easy to find. The owner was very nice and good communicator. We used the washing machine which was great though she charged 7 euros!

The bed was essentially a fold out bed settee and very hard and uncomfortable. It was on a main road and although quiet throughout the night it was noisy to sit out in the evening and early morning. We have stayed in nicer places for the same or less cost.
