Location of the hotel is great, just near the harbor and beside the lighthouse. Lots of food and drink options even till night. Its situated in market area and lots of local shops selling local items. The hotel itself has a good facade. The returant and lounge were great. The room was clean and spacious. We were very happy with the rpom - it was a two floor room with a small bed for kid on the upper floor, with a desk and chair. Lovely view especially from the upper floor. The staff were very helpful. In short the hotel offered what we needed for a perfect trip.

After giving us a single room at first, we were offered a comfortable twin in a dependence which was good. Breakfast was included and very good. Friendly staff and our dog was welcome everywhere. Easy possibility to walk from the hotel with the dog and still located in the centre.

The fact that we were at first given a very small room with a bed in a corner and hardly any space to move. If we hadn’t complained and if there wouldn’t have been an alternative it would have been an unpleasant stay.

The breakfast was really nice and the breakfast room was varied. The location, being really in the centre of the town was so nice. All restaurants were within 5 to 10 minutes walk.

It was a bit disappointing that we, as a married couple, had two beds put together with each having our own blanket.

We had a pet friendly room, which was perfect as we brought our dog, but quite a few hairs were still there from another dog who stayed there.

Loved the location as it was a short distance from the dock and near all the stores and restaurants. Really great breakfast bar with fresh bread. Staff was very friendly and made my stay so much better. Really big shower and a very clean room.

That I only got to stay one night before I had to leave. No complaints, everything was perfect.

The hotel is ideally located on the main square of West-Terschelling, where the tower is. It is also walking distance from the port, which is very convenient if you are coming by ferry without car as I did. You are right in the town centre very close to all shops and restaurants.
