I loved the clean and comfortable room. I loved my view and the silence. I loved to listen to the sea waves’ sounds while sleeping. Comfy bed and pillows. Helpful and very friendly staff.

The sunbeds at the beach is dirty! The entrance to the beach is a wreck. @ the pool area three or four different music is playing at the same time sometimes?!? Kids are in the big pool very noisy. The pool water is too warm and not sure if the filters are working properly. Can’t have a quiet relaxed time by the pool. Better to go to the sea. Breakfast was very good. The only problem is the food is all arranged for the people who can eat everything. It would be nice to have options for Lactose and gluten problems. Still the staff tried to arrange gluten free bread and even little cakes special for me. Thanks.

Excellent location with a complex of numerous restaurants by the hotel entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large, clean and modern. There are also other restaurant complexes nearby for even more eating choices. Great shaded area by the pool and plenty of sunbeds.

Beach narrow until tide goes out. Hotel pool area / public areas a little tired compared to UAE standards but may be the norm for Kuwait as didn't visit other hotels. Not a major issue but not as glitzy as you'd expect in Dubai.

Nice location with the pool and beach area. The breakfast buffet gave a lot if options to eat as well as the dinner buffet (international and seafood).

The noise at the pool area due to loudspeaker music from different guests at the same time and also the hotel loudspeaker system with very loud music gave no room to relax a bit. Additionally on this was the extremely loud Sea-Doos that were driving always directly along the hotel beach. Awful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of options that cater to all tastes. It was the perfect start to my day! The hotel facilities are top-notch—everything is modern, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. the reception staff was not particularly welcoming—there was no smile or friendly greeting, which made the check-in process feel less pleasant. Unfortunately, the room also left much to be desired. It had an unpleasant smell, and I found it uncomfortable,

The room cleaning service. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team did not do their job properly – some areas in the room were not clean, and the bathroom was not as expected.

The receptionist was very rude, she had a fight with every customer talking with her and her way of speech was very tuff, it is very strange how a prestigious and international brand like Movenpick agrees to have such person with such tuff behavior workin in the front office , which is the first and most important impression of the Hotel. Other staff were more than friendly , the hotel was very clean (the bathrooms in the reception requires more attention in terms of house keeping) , food was good , the TVs in the Room always break down.

Clean well maintained hotel. Big rooms. Bathrooms in the rooms are beautiful. Nice room facilities. Beautiful main swimming pool with nice design. Very helpful staff. Mr. Arafat in the reception made the check-in and out exceptionally easy. The breakfast is great and the restaurant staff are vey helpful and extremely friendly. They were literally reading our minds and helping and offering without asking. Wonderful vibes at the restaurant open-air area in the evening with live music and light decorations.

The complementary free drinking water in the rooms should be more. The pillows are so soft and not comfortable. The lobby is so boring and poor. The hotel staff should put more control at the pool to prevent dangerous accidents related to jumping and diving in the pool and to prevent women harassment by some impolite guests.

The prayer room in the lobby needs air-conditioning. They need to build in more parking spot, however the valet is excellent. need to do a real Eid celebration like last year with popcorn and face painting

(This was my first visit to this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience in every detail, from the reception by the hotel staff, especially Mr. Arafat, who was professional and courteous. His excellent service made me fall in love with the hotel. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the place, the beautiful view, and the delicious and varied breakfast buffet. This will certainly not be my last visit.
