The views really are breathtaking. It feels like you have a private Villa to yourself! The bar next door gets busy for sunset so it’s nice to watch on a sun lounger! I would stay here 100 times again just for the views. The fridge in the room is handy and they keep it fully stocked with lots of different drinks at the same price as the shop - it’s nice they don’t try to rip you off. The lady cooked with my gluten free flour ever morning so I was able to have gluten free pancakes! Walking distance to other beaches which were beautiful.

Location is not great - its a 10/15 min walk to the restaurants and walking back at night is abit dangerous. There’s no lights and the floor is very uneven so keep that in mind. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. Don’t book the tour through the hotel - book with the guy near the restaurants for 50,000 less

The owner Pak Made and his wife were very pleasant and welcomed me and my family with open arms. My sister and my brother flew from Jakarta to joined us, and I need to get another room for them. But there was no more room available at Dodol lembongan, Pak Made took me around the area with his scooter to find a room for my sister and my brother, that was very kind of him to do that, I really appreciated. And we found the room for my brother and sister, which was not faraway from Dodol Lembongan Cliff Sunset hotel where we were staying. The next day, Pak Made took us to the small market in the area. That was very generous of him to spare his time to show us around. This place nothing fancy, but comfortable enough to stay there and the price very affordable (inexpensive) This is front beach hotel, and sometimes you see turtles when the wave coming in, the turtles showing up. The sunset here is absolutely stunning..! Thank you Pak Made and Bu Made for your kindness and great hospitality when we were there My family and really appreciated you both. Hope to see you guys again.

I traveled to Nusa Lembongan alone and really looked forward to finding a place that I could find peace and restoration. Dodol offered just that. Situated right on the cliffs, it is one of the best sunset spots on the island. Everynight I enjoyed relaxing and watching the sunset, reading my book and listening to the waves crash against the rocks. The hosts were fabulous and assisted me with booking local activities/transport. Additionally, the facilities were excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of other more touristy places on the beachfront.

It was great...... very boutique spot....don't expect night clubs ...great place given a little bit off the beat....mind you.. mushroom bay and lot of usual spots are within 30 minutes walk. The staff at the accommodation were great ....the views were impressive, however a few days hmmmm...what else is there ?....Well for me it was early 5:00 am walks and simply chilling whilst doing so.......It's just something different....stay a few nights...then take a leap and emerge yourself in something possibly new. PS: room rates are great for the budget...and local food is outstanding 😁😁

Bumpy tracks/Roads....make sure you're feet are well covered

Beautiful guest house, wood bungalows with view on the ocean, large and comfortable bed, AC, very good breakfast (scrambled eggs, banana pancake…), beautiful swimming pool… Made, our host, arranged us a snorkeling trip with manta rays and turtles and pirogue in the mangrove for a good price. Very calm location but bars and restaurants 5 mn walk. Best place to relax in harmony and beauty So we booked 2 more days!

It was near a cliff looking into the water when you go toward the edge. I liked the serenity away from everything and the blue water. Even saw a turtle swimming in it. Loved the waves crashing nearby. Bed and pillows were comfortable and good airconn hot water shower. Breakfast was simple but nice with a view. Cocktails next door with a special of buy 1 get 1 free Staff were nice and helped with a ride the next day to the harbour

Hidden away but maps helps you find it. Can get a lift from people

Fantastic cliff side accommodation with sunset views

Getting to the homestay was not easy as the roads was full of pot holes and taxi ride was expensive.

Couldn't ask for a better view, relaxing in the pool looking out at the sunset. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach but still plenty of warungs etc close by. Great staff too.

We didn't always have hot water and WiFi was patchy in the room, but that's just being picky. Would still definitely stay here again.

Been here for 4th time now! in 4 years . Best Part about this places its location right on the cliff next to blue sea nothing can beat that . One can hear Sea all day has infinity pool too . Devils tear is hardly 4 minute. Little far port but most fast boats provide pick up and drop from the Hotel. They also rent moped its required to roam around the island. Every smiling Made and his wife are always there to help you. They provide basic Breakfast other meals you can have at nearby cafes. 5 Star location in Budget.

Everything is more than perfect in budget and brilliant location.

The location was near everything, really near to the port. You had great views for the sunset and the pool was amazing. The lady in reception was really nice and gentle

The road to get to Dodol was really rocky, we had luggage and it was hard to get there by walking.
