I’ve had my share of staying at airport hotels in Jakarta. This one is one of the best of all. Comfy bed, hot water in the shower, clean, convenience store is a stone throw away, warm hospitality, on time- ish airport shuttle. Only about 3 mins late. Not bad at all. Early breakfast for early flight. Which is very much welcomed and highly appreciated. Thank you. It was a pleasant stay.

Air conditioner is attached on the ceiling in the room I stayed. Made annoying sounds, although not to the point of filing a complaint. As I don’t really mind. People who is noise sensitive might tho. Maintenance should be made soon, I suppose.

Fab communication with staff and driver regarding midnight pick up. After traveling for 20 hours, including delays, a great relief. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean.Front of house team kind and professional. Shuttle back to the airport next morning, seamless.

A barrister made coffee at breakfast, long on care and attention, but the coarseness of the grind and bean quality sabotaged its maker. I paid with a smile for the kind effort and intention.

The room is very spacious and the bed super comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The shuttle service to/from the airport is a big plus and all is coordinated via wapp. Would definitely recommend this hotel when having a layover in Jakarta. The restaurant is open 24h and there’s plenty of choices! Breakfast starts at 2:30h.

The airco was too noisy and is up for replacement. The breakfast didn’t have much non indonesian options (but it’s not a complaint, just an observation for the non indonesian people).

When you want to reach the hotel, it was kind of driving around the hotel's area for like 2 km, as it is a one way street and you have to drive around the hotel's area for like 2 km. The bed sheet could be cleaner and the bathroom was a bit smelly when I checked in The noise from other room in the morning which was in renovation process. They should located my room away from the renovated rooms as the hotel was not fully occupied

Clean, shuttle service to and from hotel was seamless, breakfast spread was impressive. There were 3 of us in a room - We had an extra bed added and that was also easy and comfortable. It was basic but sufficient. Staff were super friendly and helpful! For the shuttle service from the airport, Terminal 2, you have to cross the road from the arrival hall and walk down further to get to the Zone F.

Nothing worth mentioning

Free shuttle service from Hotel ferry to the Airport within the shortest time about less than 20mins. Just a walking distance to the minimart. The in-house having varieties of local foods and drinks menus to offerand to be send to ur doorsteps at an affordable price.

Morning breakfast provided by the hotel should have both locals and western menus of more choices. Should serve hot Ramly burgers and fries or steaks with mash potatoes.

Close to airport, free shuttle service, early breakfast service (2:30AM). All very efficient and professionally managed. The room had all the essentials (safety box, tv, good shower) Card entry to elevator security. The way to Terminal3 is complicated and distant so it was nice to be able to rely on the competent and helpful shuttle driver.

Some nearby construction caused intermittent noise at night (but when you have to get up at 2:00 AM you don't expect much sleep anyways)

Very good place for a night between fliights. 15 min by free shuttle to/from the CGK airport. Very clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast with selection of Indonesian food. Very friendly hotel service. Outside are some warung makan for eating. I went to the stall wtih the fish anouncment and got very nice typical Indonesian fish dish called pecel lele (grilled fish with sambal and rice and tempeh if you like). Very recommendable and also save food because it is fresh prepared.

For traveler with no Indonesian Sim card it is a bit dificult to get Internet connection at the airport for getting the meeting appointment information for the shuttle service. Finally it is the official pick up area left side from the exit .called East Lobby domestic parking pick up area. When you come from an international flight the imigration process needs about 90 minutes after arrival. So that would be the time for the shuttle you can agree in advance. Anything else about the hotel is excellent. Terima kasih!

We didn’t spend too long here unfortunately (our flight was delayed and arrived late and our next flight early the next day) but comfy clean room and bed. Toiletries provided in bathroom and a bottle of drinking water too. Great pick up/drop off service (included) to the airport. Breakfast provided (didn’t get to sample much as we were in a rush but grabbed a couple of pastries which were nice).
