My stay was exceptional. The A1 service and facility made me feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were soft and country fresh , which all contributed to my sweet sleep and blissful slumber. Even the breakfast staff was very welcoming. Everything was nice and clean , the staff was friendly and polite from check in to check out .The location is even great , it's litterly 3 minutes from every store and restaurant needed. We are definitely coming back to the Comfort Suites in Whitsett N.C.

What was there not to like. They even have an interview door pool

The hotel was so nice & clean, the room was very spacious, & the bed was very comfortable! Lots of pillows on the king-sized bed. Having a sitting area separate from the bed was so nice! It was pleasant to relax on the sofa while watching TV. The room decor was comfortable, as well. Wendy, on the front desk, was so friendly & helpful, she is a gem! Great parking, located close to Zaxby's for a quick meal & CVS too in case you need to pick up anything you forgot. Breakfast was really good, with a nice selection of items, hot & fresh. The attendant kept an eye on things & replenished the bacon & the cheese omelets while we were there. This property is located close to everything & very convenient.

There was a problem with a boiler that couldn't be fixed; parts had to be ordered. So - no hot water. Since we were only staying the night, we didn't see it as a huge problem & rather than trying to find another property at the last minute we stayed. I had chosen this property hoping to swim in the indoor pool, only to find that it was out of commission, so that was disappointing, but coupled with the inability to shower, it turned out okay. Those were the only negatives about our stay here.

Easy to find location, great location with a few restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. The rooms needed work but nothing major, they were clean. Missing/broken bathroom tiles and small details throughout the room. Overall a great stay!

The indoor pool was very dirty, One of the main reasons for booking this hotel.

The staff was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Wish the pillows had been. Shower was awesome.

The bathtub was cracked, not bad, just made me more aware. Stains in carpet. Not enough to make us not stay there again. Wish there had been a little more meat at the breakfast. A little more expensive than I wanted to pay.

I was very appreciative of management and room assignment. Needed a quiet place to work after hours. The fact that management tried to accommodate my request was a plus, but they really made it happen. I will revisit again and note the recent refresh of the hotel was nice. Everything is new, very clean and fresh. A tremendous value and location is respectively close to everything you need...only a short drive to G'boro or downtown Burlington. I made the right choice for my business trip.

Very nice overall. We were surprised by the updated decor and feel of the hotel. It was excellent! Close proximity to Elon as well and have decided much more prefer here vs the few in Burlington that we have stayed in.

Weekend breakfast until 10 would be great. The gentleman cleaning up was extremely friendly and helpful and still got us a few things from in back. Very nice worker.

The location was near restaurants, stores and gas stations. Close to the highway so very convenient. Liked the idea of the pool, however too many kids in the small area.

It could have been a bit cleaner but that’s why I always bring my own cleaning supplies! The jets on the pool were warm but the water didn’t stay warm.

The bed was very comfortable, the room spacish, and there were free Movies (ei: HBO). I wish I would have taken pictures of how good the room looked...but after a long drive on the road with the bed looking so comfortable, I kinda ruined the ability to do so ^^

After I was charged and paid Booking.com they did not pay the hotel. The Booking.com rep told me that they would credit my charge card and that I would have to pay the hotel myself which ended up costing more. I am very dissatisfied with Booking.com

Breakfast had variety. Hotel convenient to location I needed. Very clean. Bed comfortable.

had a room with a king bed and a sofa. There was a mini wall between the two. Suggest considering a longer wall. Was staying with another person for several days and because of very different sleep patterns, needed the sofa area for one or other to be able to stay up late/get up early. Slightly bigger wall would accomplish that better.
