Nice location, close to playground for my son entertainement, close to local stores to buy bread, groceries and ice cream. The trail for walking. The coffee machine and capsuls were good. A rich notebook with the history of the building, business partners in Amqui and helpful information for passengers in each season.

The morning receptionist could be nicer with a smile to welcome us. She had a plat face talking. My earing fell in to the sink while cleaning my face, I asked the receptionist any solution and a housekeeping lady came, but no pipe was visible and all was covered by the cabins. No plumper was available on Sunday. So, I left the story there and left the hotel.

The room was spacious, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Water was hot and the towels excellent. We were passing through and only stayed one night but I would have been happy with a longer stay. The breakfast was absolutely excellent and featured home made bread.

The supper in the dining room was terrible, perhaps the worst hamburger I have ever eaten.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were welcoming and very helpful. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we slept well. Everything was spotless.

The sink being outside the bathroom. The taps worked in a different way: you had to pull the top upwards and it was difficult to regulate the flow so you got soaked most times.

We stayed in the family suite. It's very spacious with two bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. We cooked our supper in the kitchen. The receptionists are friendly and gracious. Thank you!

There's no window in the bedrooms. There's only one toilet.

Extremely friendly. Ideally situated near the river, gardens and the town centre. Excellent food with good service. Very quiet but clearly also very popular with local people as well as guests - a good mix. Wonderful room with every comfort possible. Restaurant staff very helpful with a dietary condition - went out of their way. Clean and bright and a very happy stay.

this was our second time at l auberge l ambassadeur in amqui and we will surely be back because everything is very high standard couldn t ask for a better place to stay

maybe an ice machine on the floor but it s a very small detail i have no problem walking a little further for ice

Pool under construction in front of room… Additional coffee pods in room at no extra cost…had to pay for pods

Location next to a park and walking area.

Close to railway with train noises and whistles. Restaurant service very slow. Food very average with not much flavour.

I did not go for breakfast and I found it a little out of the way, but easy to get to shopping center and restaurants if you want to

Everything was up to my satisfaction

Family suite was perfect for a group of friends. Full kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Friendly staff. Great spot for an overnight stay on a long road trip.
