I liked the treatment I received from the staff, the two guys who were at the front desk, very polite and kind. They spoke very well fluent English, it was a big plus. Also, the breakfast was tasty.

I haven’t received back my money that I was charged when I was booking the first night, however the website said they won’t charge me anything, they did charge me, and I had to pay again when I was doing the check in. I was told that one day more at the most I would have ve it back, it hasn’t happened. I left 2 days ago. Please help me

Room with double bed was a little bit small (we had 3 suitcases) Not enough space to spend the time in the room. 15 min. walk to nearest metro station with many steps up.

room was a good size for a single person and equipped with air conditioning. bed was comfortable and tv was equipped with google chromecast. staff were very helpful and friendly and reception was 24hr. good price especially as this stay was during the period of the olympics. good location - 15-20 minute walk to either la défense or esplanade de la défense metro stations and some nice small restaurants located nearby.

The hotel was a good location, clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Close to la defence and a short walk to La defence metro (14 min walk).

Could hear other guest at night, not very sound proof, but not something that is a fault with hotel staff.

The staff are super friendly, I had a single room and it was still pretty spacious and comfortable. There's a little terrace out back to sit outside, and the hotel itself has a welcoming atmosphere. and it's only a short walk from a couple stations. There's great bakeries nearby and a place over the road to go for a drink. The area itself is very clean and I felt safe walking alone

While there are food and drink options, most are quite pricey

I rarely leave reviews, but the stay in this hotel was so good that I decided to write one! The staff were super friendly and always offering us to help with directions, when we wanted to eat some pastries and even drink some wine they let us do so in the terrace outside and provided plates and glasses (this was one of the best bits of the stay!) Puteaux area is nice, clean, full of small bakeries and pastry shops, and there are a couple wine shops as well, so we thouroughly enjoyed out time there!

Google maps didn't take us to Esplanade (which is nearer metro stop) but to La Defense, which is a huge and confusing train station. We also bought T+ RER tickets and apparently those don't work for RER until La Defense, only for normal metro and buses. We spent like one hour trying to find our way out from the station, getting lost in the shopping mall it is connected to :) So I'd recommend taking a metro line 1 to Esplanade de La Défense and then wakling to the hotel

The previous room we were in was not what we were expecting. We requested the hotel staff to change our room, and they did so without any problems and without any additional charges to us. The hotel's service was top-notch and the terrace is a great spot to invite friends and unwind.

The hotel only offers breakfast and no dinner.

Nice and clean hotel, perfect for our one night stay. A little bit far from centre, but if you need to be near La Defense bus station, this hotel is a great option. The ladies at reception were very nice and helpful!

The rooms are clean , the location close of l'esplanade de la defense metro station makes it easier to go wherever you want

The smaller rooms didn't have the minibar , and the bathroom is extremely small , but it's understandable in Paris where the prices are extremely high per square meter

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet situation. Nearby a nice cafe. Good train links to the city centre.

Noisy people arrived on the second night (I think on the floor above) and kept me awake most of the night banging about and wheeling suitcases.
