Clean and well looked after, you even have gym and sauna if you have time for it. Staff very nice and helpful.

A bit far from main attraction points , but we should have checked better before booking. Ended up renting a car as it’s cheaper than the public transport for 4.

The room is not very sound-proof. I can hear kids crying and people talking in my room. And there's one day the cleaner forgot to clean my room. I guess it's because she didn't understand me instead of missing my room on purpose - She intended to clean my room at at10am which was too earlier for me and I explained to her to come to clean after 2 hours. But anyway, other things are perfect, so it's not a big deal for me.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest and most modern hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel lobby is filled with seating, water on arrival and a lovely bar. The reception area is modern and the staff were friendly and helpful when we asked to leave our luggage before we could check in. We checked in beyond 1am, but the staff were still very friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, spacious and air conditioned. The bathroom was lovely too. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to experience the hotel for long enough, and go to the spa, which would have been great.

The only small issue I would say about the hotel is that it is only accessible by bus. However, there are three buses that go past the bus stop less than 5 minutes away from the hotel, and one directly to the airport, but this was not a big issue.

Fantastic stay, wonderful decor, fantastic rooms and bathroom. Very clean. Beds were very firm, pillows nice, color scheme and tiles very tasteful. Nice armchair and desk. Front desk staff were fantastic--even had a wonderful to go breakfast waiting for us at 0400 in the morning for an early flight. Restaurant was very good. Cheaper options near by but a wall sized TV was fantastic for watching football near the bar. Excellent menu / well prepared, good recommendations from waiter. 10 minutes to airport, walking distance to grocery store, bars, several good restaurants. Only 20 minute drive or taxi to beaches or downtown. Metro close. Did not use the spa due to lack of time but nice to have in building.

Beds were good, new and clean, but very, very firm (I'm a large man so perfect for me but hard for my wife). A one or two inch memory foam topper would have made them perfect for both! The elliptical machine and stationary bike in the workout room need servicing. Buttons did not work well and the wheel was unbalanced / wobbled.

Good access to the Metropolitan gym/spa for 15 EUR in addition to their own hotel gym. Hotel was silent, room spacious and clean. Modern interior of the room.

- The water in the shower doesn’t get really hot. - Housekeeping knocks on the door and enters straight away at 8 AM - on all rooms on the floor. They should use a system to verify who checked out before entering, or doing this later in the morning, like any normal hotel. - Would be great if they use duvet covers instead of sandwiching the duvet between two sheets to avoid touching the duvet itself.

We liked everything about our room. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well. Our towels and bet sheets were changed every day, and the room and bathroom had all the facilities needed (shampoo, hair dryer, cups, kettle, mini fridge, etc). The hotels also stored our luggage before check-in for a few hours since we arrived in the city early in the morning. The hotel is a little far away from the city center, maybe a 40-minute drive with public transport, but still the bus and tram stops we used are no more than 5 minutes away for walking, so it wasn't too big of an issue. The surroundings of the hotel are also very nice and there was no street noise in the evening.

Very kind staff and the hotel is very very clean. The lady who cleans and takes care of the room, very friendly, daily change of towels, sheets, room cleaning, etc. The location is not in the center, but it is next to the ring road and it is separated by 3.5 km of straight road to the center of Barcelona, ​​which is very accessible and fast. We rented a motorbike and it was the best decision for Barcelona, ​​access to everything, which didn't even bother the fact that the hotel is not in the middle of the center. Commendable, please keep this clean. It's nice for her to come to a tidy hotel. I know we'll see each other again. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Extensive breakfast, so much choice, excellent start to the day! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful, dealt with everything we requested (fridge not working in the room, fixed straight away and "picnic" breakfast to take away as we had an early start). Bar prices are pretty good for a hotel so often stayed for drinks watching the Euro 2024 qualifiers on the HUGE screen in the bar/lounge area...fabulous! Also must mention the resident pianist who was great and had a sense of humour :-) Location is good and once we sussed out the tram/metro/bus system we were well away....recommend getting a 1/2/3 day travel pass which covers all :-)

Evening meal menu was a little disappointing, not much choice and no chicken at all which we found surprising, so we ate out most of the time (either in town or the tapas sports bar next door) apart from our last light and what we had was delicious. No coffee or milk in the rooms, only a range of teas.

Excellent with a great staff

Air conditioning was not working at the time so we couldn’t sleep and had a next day flight which made our day horrible. El Alambí Restaurant closed on a Friday night in such a great hotel is a faux pas. Especially when it is such a great restaurant.
