Got room upgrade, and the room and bathrooms felt new and clean. Pools and gardens were well-maintained. Easy walk to beautiful, barely used beach.

Glasses and tea cup on the room were not clean. Bed sheets had staining. Pool chairs were filthy. Twice when I paid the bill, staff did not bring back my change — 800+ Lkr. Breakfast was 45 min late one morning and 30 min late another. Tuk tuk drivers outside the gate were aggressive, as if I’m not allowed to walk or use PickMe.

This place was our best stay so far in Sri Lanka , the staff a very friendly and got upgraded to triple room with pool view, and welcomed us with drinks and smiles , the villa has two swimming pool which are stunning and clean, we couldn’t get enough swimming even it was raining but was good experience, the breakfast was great and overall the treatment we got was good , offering us complimentary water and drinks when we was in the pool was a great touch from the staff , definitely worth the stay and will recommend, will visit again once I come back to Sri Lanka

A Perfect Stay at Nirmala Villa! I recently stayed at Nirmala Villa, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was incredibly tasty, offering a variety of flavors that left us craving more. The environment was calm, serene, and immaculately clean, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a warm smile, adding a personal touch to the hospitality. I also felt completely safe throughout my stay, which added to the comfort. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a cozy place with amazing food, Nirmala Villa is highly recommended. However, a few basic amenities like tea bags, sugar, a hairdryer, and tissues were missing from the room, which was a bit disappointing. While most of the staff were helpful and courteous, a few could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is really great. I stayed here with my wife and friends for 4 days and we had a great time. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge. The breakfast is served on the terrace in front of the rooms and it is great. The best thing is the garden with beautiful plants and the pools where you can sit and hang out. We ordered food once and it was served to us on a table by the pool. The food is very good, the portions are big...just be careful not to make it too spicy. The staff is extremely nice and friendly (as in the whole country).

The room is cleaned every 3 days and the towels should be changed more often because the humidity is high and they cannot dry out.

The accommodation was an oasis of peace, with a beautiful environment, gardens, and, most importantly, pools. The rooms were clean, and everything worked perfectly (air conditioning, TV, Netflix). The staff was extremely kind and very helpful. They assigned us a better room than we had booked, with a view of the pool. The lady arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for us. The food was excellent, and it is possible to order it to the room or by the pool. A clean and quiet beach is located nearby. The accommodation was simply excellent. High recommended!! Nirmal Villa is truly a hidden gem, surrounded by lush greenery, peaceful gardens, and 2 amazing swimming pools. The rooms were spotless, and everything functioned smoothly—from the air conditioning to the TV and Wi-Fi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special mention to Janaka who was very helpful ! We were upgraded to a room with a stunning pool view, which made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious and habaraduwa beach is just a walk away, perfect for relaxing. Overall, the experience was outstanding 💯

I was so excited to stay here following all the reviews I'd read. It's true that it is a beautiful oasis, with the lovely pool amongst all the greenery. For the cost it is great value for money.

I was a little disappointed initially as the room we had, although we were upgraded to a triple room, was quite basic. It was the only place we stayed in Sri Lanka that didn't supply you with water, tea, coffee, hairdryer etc. We had to pay for bottled water, although it was a minimal charge.

It was truly an amazing stay and probably the best accommodation we had during our trip . The scenery is amazing with two pools and a beautiful garden. The facilities exceed any expectation, you can do anything from barbecue to crocodile tours and a very analytical guide is provided to you. The staff is amazing and helped us all the day, providing us with everything needed! The rooms were super clean and had a modern design. We event extended our stay because we just couldn’t leave the hotel. Thank you for the experience ༺♡༻
