Breakfast included in booking price. Property location is amazing and convenient if you need to reach Râșnov or Bran, like in our case. Stuff was dependable and kind.

The room seemed extremely small, but this was ok for 1 night. Parking space is a bit too small, depending on the number of guests it may not be enough. But none of these were serious inconveniences.

The location is great. The water temperature in the pool is very pleasant! I liked the bed very much, so tall and hard matress, I slept sooo good in it! Iliked a lot the decorations and overall it was a nice stay.

My room was facing the street and it was noisy as the vehicles passed by. I didn't like that before check out time the guys that cleaned were knocking loudly on the door and asked me if I check out and I'm ready... I still had like 2 hours until check out time... the chandalier was broke and it wasn't hot water , I waited a lot and still no hot water, this was a big problem. Staff not that friendly, just basic common courtasy.

The location it's very nice it feels like you are in the forest. Modernly furnished. Clean and comfortable room. Swimming pool and sauna, breakfast included, nice hotel terrace and a view.

Our room was little small and facilities can be improved. Bathroom maybe it's wrongly arranged and looks small and uncomfortable. Breakfast and swimming pool can be improved also. Parking lot it's getting very crowded and sometimes there is no space.

There is a always something positive about the person that is receiving me when I go to new place. Same happen at Cerbul Chalet and the receptionist helped me with accomodation being very kind which gave me a ve4y good vibe and afterwards helped me to recover my valuable neckleace that I forgot in the room and was thrown at the bin. I wish to say "multumesc" to her again! Multumesc! I recommend the accomodation.

The room, relaxation, quietness, location - I really recommend. The food is delicious and the staff is really nice.

The parking lot is quite small, but manageable at the end. The water in pool could be a few degrees warmer. But that's just little things, it shouldn't influence the decision.

Small swimming pool with too much bleach in it sometimes. Very slippery surfaces around the swimming pool.

Spacious parking, clean room, very comfortable bed. Pool and sauna. Thanks to Mrs. Petruța from reception.

There is nothing to complain about

Can enjoy indoor swimming pool. They have a good breakfast. English speaking staff always help you.

Need to arrange transport earlier if you don't have your own car or transport.
