A beautiful boutique hotel that's nearly 200 years old – truly a hidden gem on Mall Road in Mussoorie. It has spacious lawns, stunning view decks, and the most welcoming staff I’ve ever met. Unlike the often forced smiles at five-star hotels, the staff here are genuinely warm and helpful. From the driver to the front office, restaurant team, housekeeping, and even the General Manager – everyone went out of their way to assist. Since the hotel is a palace, each room has a unique design and layout. The linen was spotless, the bathrooms were modern and very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The food was excellent with a great variety. The continental dishes are a must-try, and the Indian food felt just like a comforting home-cooked meal. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be visiting again!

All good not a single issue to write here

This property is a heritage structure that is beautifully maintained. It is like you are staying in a small museum. Old artefacts, photos, vintage furniture and beautifully blossomed garden. The view from property is awesome. Its serene and peaceful. All the people who work here, take care of the guests very well. They are really helpful and polite nice people. One Mr Shoorveer from their restaurant fed us like his own guests. The food was superb and nice hospitality by every person we met here. Mussoori is not really a great place to visit, its over crowded with tourists.. However I would recommend to visit it only to experience a stay at this property. I would come again. Note - the last 200 mtrs of road is too steep, so dont try to drive yourself for that part, the property sends you a car or driver as per your requirement.

Everything is superb

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was big and nice. Walk-in shower had immediate hot water. Breakfast buffet only available when there are enough guests staying, but was of good quality. Lots of memorabilia to inform one about the history of the place I would stay again.

The main power switch isn’t clearly identifiable and therefore one can wake-up with uncharged phones. One night dinner was very good and next evening rather disappointing. Some item at breakfast buffet are lukewarm…

The property is very well kept. The massive lawn is all you need for your retreat there. Being on a hill top, you get a fantastic view of the valley. The restaurant does yummy food. The servers whom I kept tipping, were worthy of it. They had free pick and drop from the Mall Road. And the staff is very courteous.

The management was cheap in charging for additional water bottles. Biggest turn off. The property is at height and the road leading to it very steep and risky.

The property is such a cosy building. I was so so happy throughout my stay. Each one of the staff - from Santosh ji, to the housekeeping and restaurant people. The owner Megha to the GM Mr Ahmed, everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home! It was a short gateway and my experience has left me wanting for more. I wish them the best and they truly deserve to do even more good, I wish them my best! Would surely come back super soon.

I didn’t like the fact that I only stayed for a day. I wish I stayed longer!

A lovely property located in the heart of town. The hospitality was fantastic — the staff were extremely supportive and always eager to help. The food was excellent. The open areas of the palace are absolutely worth every penny. We stayed in a heritage room, which was charming, but the modern rooms also looked very nice

All good no issue faced

The regal nature of the property including the history of it's halls and rooms, as well as the breathatking views from the patios, and gardens will leave you mesmerized. To top it off, they have the most well-oiled crew working round the clock. Kudos to all the staff and caretakers. Please add this historical location to your Mussoorie trip!

Really loved the Garden and Front porch. Food was fresh n tasty. They gave an upgrade and choice of room as the was availability.

The place has a beautiful lounge that opens in the evening and other amenities. Would be helpful if guests would be told abt it while checking in.

Best part of the property is it’s huge open areas with beautiful lawn, kids play area and the view decks. This property seems to be a hidden beauty right on the Mall Road in Mussoorie. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Shoorvir, arvind , jasveer are super hosts.

Beautiful location. Very peaceful and calm. Special shout out to the entire staff- extremely hospitable, especially Preity and Bhandari Ji. Everyone in their team went out for their way to make me feel ultra comfortable.
