Very nice staff at reception. Felt bad for reception staff because there were two stinky air fresheners on the wall that went off automatically while we were waiting to check in and they seemed pretty heavy-handed. The room spray was too much to wait in and too much to work in. Property was rough around the edges, but clean, and we always saw staff cleaning. Rooms are very basic. Bathtub/shower was oddly sunk deep into the floor of the bathroom and could be difficult for some people to get into and out of to shower or bathe. Breakfast was take-away and we didn’t try it. Location is great with lots of restaurants and hiking trails and shopping nearby.

This was our first time staying at a hotel. The staff were above and beyond, polite and professional. We had no issues talking to staff and would 100% come back. Staff was very quick to awnser all of our questions. We're very patient and responded well to us needing help when we ran into trouble.

We had a small issue with our bathroom. The guests above us, their shower leaked down from the ceiling. The paint bubbled and from the ceiling, their water ran down our bathroom wall and onto the floor. This happened twice. Upon letting the front staff know of the second occurrence, a gentleman by the name of henery really helped us out. Quickly relocated us as well as went beyond and helped carry our things to our new room. An absolute blessing. besides the damage to our room which is something from the building itself, we had a wonderful time here.

like the area, very accessible to a lot of go to places like plaza, malls, banks, fast food, fine dinning resto, most especially it's next to mc donalds. it's even walking distance to walmart. room very spacious with mini fridge, microwave, and comfy bed. bathroom very spacious too. staff are very friendly and accommodating.

bathroom flooring kind of out dated, bathroom towels not water absorbent, it's small for an adult. please up grade much bigger & thicker towels.

Excellent attentive front desk staff, even a friendly attentive security guard. In the morning they provide you with a small bag of breakfast goodies. We received an assortment from cartons of milk, with cereal, muffins, fruited yogurt, O.J., even Jimmy Dean sandwiches, and multiple strings of cheese in the baggies.

Some of the guest lacked class, and you wondered about some slightly odd behavior for an over night hotel. It was a minor issue.

Plenty of room to put your luggage or whatever you travel with & still it doesn’t feel or look crammed. Portable crib, baby swing, toys for four year old and still plenty of room to move around with 4 people and even felt spacious, could move around the room freely without tripping over one another or any of the stuff we brought along. Sliding glass door in room that let us outback to a an enclosed patio overlooking pool. The fresh air was an added bonus to the stay since some rooms can become stuffy and stale

Pool staff comfortable beds are a 10/10 room clean staff very helpful our air conditioner went out at home looked for a air conditioned room this place did the trick my girls felt like they were on vacation we stayed Monday-Thursday and we didn’t want to go home but life goes on and we had to let them in to fix air conditioner but if there is any problems in future this will be our home away from home

The make over looks a feels a lot better than it did 3 years ago, clean don't smell spacious rooms updated alot will comeback guy at front desk is cool and very helpful. But need a way to cook in the rooms just a suggestion had no microwave eather.

Had no way to cook, no microwave shot have little kitchens with any stove top and oven.upgraded

The unique white washed spanish colonial style arched walk ways were attractive. The rooms are spacious. The professionalism of staff exceptional. Michelle really set a standard, I think. She was certain in answering questions. In fact, the staff I could talk with, were always helpful and kind.

Covid Era brown bag breakfast -I see renovations are nearly finished in the dining area.

That the facility is pet friendly, with designated places for pets to relieve themselves with doggie bag station! Although my two dogs usually went off property during twice a day walks! I use my own bags which are larger and stronger! Air conditioning and heater worked great! Beds were clean and comfortable! Staff was helpful!

Shower knob was loose, so i tightened it up myself! Hair was clogged in drains, so we put strainers in sink and bath! Sliding glass door would not latch or lock! Was provided with a rod to keep it from being opened from outside. Freezer in refrigerator was iced up badly!

good size room. comfortable bed with comfy pillows. a good sitting chair with a atomen to kick ur feet up. loved the staff and we're accommodating other than that I feel like it was slightly over priced but I definitely think it was safe and the location is prime. wish they had a loyalty program or something though. only real complaint was the varying rate and cost for late check out is a bit ridiculous.
