My stay at the Wayak Hotel in Managua was excellent! This stylish, modern hotel is perfectly situated near the city center and some seriously great shopping spots. My "Luxury Room" was a dream – super contemporary and equipped with fast free Wi-Fi. The fact that breakfast and dinner were included was a huge bonus, and the food was genuinely spot on, whether I was in the mood for local Nicaraguan flavors ( I love my gallopinto) or a comforting American dish. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always ready with a smile and helpful advice. If you're visiting Managua, the Wayak Hotel is a winner. I'd happily book a return trip!

Having the breakfast and dinner included were awesome! And good! Traffic was a bit noisy a few nights because there was a wedding across the street. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay, very helpful staff. Walking distance to great restaurants, pricemart, walmart, sinsa all within 10 minutes. We will be staying again on our next trip thru managua

We didn't know we had to book the shuttle the day before, and the pool was a little cloudy, probably from all the rain. Could use coffee either available in the am early or a maker in the room. Also a small refrigerator would really be nice in the room.

Everything was exceptional 👌 my 1st time and loved everything, the staff, the location, the amenities, the breakfast, and dinner 🍽 delicious . The room, bed, bathroom, shower, and very near convenience stores

Confusion over "guest" policy. If you guest is not registered, the hotel chsrges for the food, rven though i purchased a room for two. Its not a big deal

The breakfast was different and unique. Employees went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. They were friendly, polite and patient even though some of them didn't speak English.

I didn't like that I couldn't speak Spanish. So to the benefit of the hotel, having employees that can speak English would help in the flow of communication.

Outstanding staff, always ready to help with a smile. Good breakfast included and even as a bonus, the dinner also included. Another thing that was super comfortable was the shuttle to the airport for a lower than average amount in a very brand new and comfortable mini van. The location was more than excellent in the core of Managua commercial zone. All of the above for a very low price. What more can you ask?

Internet a little poor in my room

Breakfast was good! Dinner was adequate ! Lots of out door seating . Pool was a plus!

I was there on 2 Friday nights and the night club across the street played music until 3:00 am . Very difficult to sleep with loud music playing. First Friday was an upper suite and I could hear the music through the window wall facing the night club across the street The second Friday I was located in as room below the pool along the last hallway and could hear the music through the roof and windows! Music needs to be turned down or rooms made more sound proof!

The staff is always helpful and accommodating to any needs you might have. We usually always stay first day we arrive and last day of our time in Nicaragua and each time it has been great. Good breakfast and dinner nothing elaborate but hits the spot.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, there is a bit of loud music that plays from a club and can be heard in some rooms.

Clean room, the modern desing of the room is nice Good cuality of the food, the cuality of the food is very good The bathroom was very nice and clean, was amazing, And the infrastructure if the hotel itself is very nice, looks very good.

You gave us a coffe maker, one little coffe presto in the room wich is aceptable, but, there was ONLY 1 TINY SACHET OF SUGAR!!, and practically we didnt have water to drink... Iwould be nice if you put more cofee and sugar in each room,more water also, other than that everything was amazing

The property was clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, working A/C system and huge bed. We emailed the hotel before arriving to let them know of our late check-in and received a quick response and warm welcomed. Be aware there is a bar next door and you can hear the music so if you are a sensitive sleeper this place isn’t for you.
