The breakfast was not a highlight but was adequate. Not a great choice of cereals and a limited cooked breakfast.

We were happy with every thing. We did find the location a bit out of the way especially as the walk back to the hotel from the lake was uphill and in the heat it was tiring. There was a free shuttle but it was not always available when needed. A purely personal point which spoilt things for me was the pool was too deep for me to put my feet down so I ( and a few other ladies who were not confident swimmers) couldnt use the pool.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful! Good food at the hotel and very accommodating! Fresh towels everyday! Beds were comfy and great views from outside by pool area! We were dropped to the bus service for free no extra charge! Amazing hotel and very reasonable! I will be back to stay again in the future!

Breakfast was very good. The pool was very nice. The shuttle into Garda center and back is really a great offer.

at breakfast the service for coffee was terrible. Just one machine for the whole breakfast room with a bus full of German pensioneers, many of them not able to use the coffee machine. That was tough. We had to wait for 10-15 minutes until we reached the just one machine. Unexceptable. There was an ordinary old style coffee maker left of the noisy machine, but the staff did not feel any reason to refill that coffee maker. Very strange. Also nobody of the staff did feel the need to help the helpless older people.

Good communication with reception answering emails promptly. Had airport transfers worked perfectly, all the staff a credit to the hotel, used the shuttle bus daily, enjoyed the grounds and the pool, great views on the rooftop. Dining breakfast and dinner very good with special mention to smiley Nicole. Would stay there again.

Hooks in the bathroom, shelf in the shower would be good, very minor, not deal breakers.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff nothing too much of a problem. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Quiet and relaxing. Handy shuttle service into Garda. Easy walk into town, but harder on way back uphill if not using shuttle. Roof top jacuzzi and sun terrace. Had superior room with view over lake

There was nothing to dislike

We spent four nights at the hotel and were very satisfied. The hotel is nicely and modernly equipped. It has its own free parking outside and in the underground garage. It is located about a ten-minute walk from the main promenade and the lake, a gentle hill. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast good and varied. The pool and rooftop whirlpool with a nice view are great. The room is cozy with a small balcony, we were lucky to have a view of the lake. The bathroom was small, but equipped. On the day of departure, it was not a problem to stay after check-out until the afternoon at the pool, there is also a shower including soap and a towel - we appreciated that very much. We recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

The bed's mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of opinion. I recommend working on the details that the ****hotel should look at - the scratched wall next to the bed, the creaking door handle from the bathroom and the dirty cover of a book with information about the hotel.

Clean, friendly, the staff was great. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Everybody was very personable. Location was perfect. We had a wonderful stay!

Bathroom was very crowded because of the toilet position creating a tight passage between the lavatory counter. No coffee machine in room. Breakfast fruit had no taste; very bland.

The room was too hot , although I requested a cool room when I booked but still put me in the hottest room of the hotel. After two nights of not sleeping at all , I asked them again to move rooms. And they did. Apparently all staff members in the hotel know that 207 is the hottest room !!

Breakfast and staff fantastic.

No dairy free dessert options at dinner. Everything was creamy, which was a problem as my daughter has a dairy allergy. Just one option without cream would have been great.
