Everything was excellent except they don’t do breakfast that’s the only issue

Having a small breakfast buffet would be a plus because not everyone likes to go out off the property early to grab breakfast

A translator for the cleaning staff. My spanish is very limited and I did not have my phone to help translate english to spanish. The cleaning lady wanted to know if she could clean my room and I did not want full cleaning service. I did want trash bags and I did my best to ask for them. I did get them after alot of pointing and trying to figure out what she was saying and her trying to figure out what I was saying. I suggest showing the staff how to use google translate or offering ESL classes for them I did ask for a room on the first floor when I made my reservation and when I checked in, the staff tried to put me on the second floor. After explaining my medical limitations, they did find a room on the first floor BUT it was not the double bed room that I had reserved.

Clean decent place. It would be nice to have a mini microwave. Hot water is hot 24/7.

A year ago the WiFI was excellent. Now, not good at all. It would connect and drop in less than a minute. More than fifty percent of the hotel has unusable wifi. Not even in the middle of the night. I know the signal can be approved. Try replacing the modem and router. Don't use what the cable company gives you

Crystal at the front desk is just the most amazing person she really went above and beyond for us. The room and hotel are super clean and the beds are comfy. Rooms are also huge which is a plus when traveling with kids.

Just 2 things, on the website it shows microwave in room, but it's not it's in the lobby so anytime u want to heat something up u gotta go to lobby. As well as the maintenance said it's old pipes and if the hotel isn't packed don't expect hot water....the shower was luke cold at best lol

We had a very late check-in but staff was still very nice to us, he even gave us some tips for our travels. The room was great, it was bigger than expected, not to mention, verrryyy clean. Housekeeping cleans it everyday ( we stayed for 6 days). Breakfast was awesome for the price. Super recommended!

The front desk lady Ms. Crystal is freaking awesome and she needs a big raise! I travel a lot and I stay in a lot of hotels this is the first hotel that I've ever stayed in through this app that I put a comment in for extra blanket and not 15 minutes of me being in the room they brought my blanket to me I always have to fight to get an extra blanket or extra pillow lol! The room is nice and comfortable the bed is awesome and it does have a good size comforter on it already... If you stay longer than one day if you need extra towels or anything all you have to do is call the front desk and they will have it brought to your room you do not have to worry about going down to get them.

The only thing I didn't like was the $50 deposit which I didn't know about until I got here so if you book make sure you book all of your days up once so you only have to pay the $50 one time because of my work I paid separately and had to pay $50 each day so make sure if you stay in longer than one day you go ahead and book all your days in advance so you can only pay that $50 one time also after you check out it only took a day and that 50 was put back in my account.

Location is close to shopping, restaurants and interstate highways. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Great price for a comfortable stay.

Loved the clean modern equipped rooms. Best accommodations in the area including Somerset hotels for the money. I was looking forward to trying this hotel. I'm happy I stayed there and saved money.

The breakfast was tasty but a bit skimpy on the food amounts. Needs sausages like other hotel breakfasts to be competitive. Breakfast staff was very friendly!

We like everything about this hotel. It's convenient for us, it's cozy and clean.

Notthing much we didn't like. Just this time around we couldn't get hot water to take a shower so we had to settle with taking a cooler shower.
