Clean comfortable room and bed. Good shower. Located near train station and grocery store. Very kind and welcoming staff (Thanks Igor!). He remembered our names after 2 days - during check out. Outlets on both side of the bed. Wifi strong. Fruit and free coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. Great affordable location for visiting Lyon by train. Breakfast was OK - probably wouldn't choose this unless included in the price of the room. Good coffee, though

Situated at the top of the town centre, the hotel was very handy for shopping, cafes and restaurants etc. However, it was very quiet and restful. Our room was spacious with a good sized en suite and large comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and staff extremely helpful. On site free parking a bonus. Overall, lived up to the ‘plus’ with a few little extras and general level of comfort. Would definitely stay here again. We were travelling further south so for us, it was a ‘stop over’ but would have gladly stayed for a few days.

Only negative would be the lack of dark curtains or shutters in the room. The drapes were more like voiles so kept no light out at all.

We were given 2 rooms as requested with accessible facilities and close to the lift. Breakfast had good choices of hot and cold food. Coffee and the bar downstairs a nice meeting point for our group of 6. The shutters on the windows provide privacy and protection from the sun. The wait staff were knowledgeable about the local wine. The Ayers Rock pub next door serves a nice lunch!

The breakfast hot food wasn't always hot and the bacon wasn't cooked enough for my liking.

The staff are very helpful, approachable and friendly. The breakfast is good with vegetarian options. Special thank you to Igor and Sam who are very helpful and kind.

Linen has a bit of a smell.

Very comfortable room with air con and electric blinds. Good variety buffet breakfast. Excellent central location to bars and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff.

Great staff, nice bed and very clean room. Location is wonderfull for travelling further south and staying overnight while still enjoying a nice town for aperitif/dinner. Great hospitality for our dog as well.

Pleasant breakfast staff. Good range of breakfast food. Good proximity of parking. Clean and comfortable room.

Height of bath would be difficult for older people to climb in and out of. Space for moving in toilet cubicle would be difficult for elderly or people with mobility problems.

The closeness to the local Australian bar meant it was quite noisy.
