We love the food and the attention Job has to us, the view of our room was not good but we really enjoy the beach and pool. We definitely come back

That they never mention the bedroom had father pillows and I'm allergic to them, so I had a little rash the last night. Also we believe the restaurant and bar closed really early. Also we think the difference I prices between rooms is not high enough to represent the quality on them.

Very nice service and friendly and helpful employees, the hotel has a lot of activity for children inside and outside, pool has also water attraction for child. The hotel is close to the old beach, low personal traffic at the hotel beach, you can absolutely enjoy. The kitchen is delicious and has food for all vegetarians as also seafood and meal.

The plate volume is reduced, in a situation I had to order 2 plates to fill me.

This was our second stay and we will probably return again. It's a nice location away from the city. We loved the restaurant and chill vibe. Our servers were excellent and spoke good English. Be sure to get a room with a water view. They all have nice big patios. Had a great massage at the outdoor massage tent.

We arrived after a busy weekend and the pool looked like it was heavily used and not very clean. On previous visits it was very clean so it may have been a timing thing. Besides that, it's a really nice pool with a big slide for kids.

Amenities, pool, beach and grass gardens are quite nice. It has many areas to just lay down and relax, or enjoy a book, a coffee or just a nap. Besides that the beach is just in front which gives to the whole a nice vibe.

The room was huge, but it felt a bit empty and not too cozy. Perhaps a couch or a tea table and a shelve with drawers or reading area would make it much more enjoyable. I also didn't like much that music is played very loud and this goes into the rooms. Although the personal reacted very prompt to lower the volume upon request.

This hotel was absolutely amazing the location was close to the airport the size of the room was fantastic The view was awesome we were able to see the pool and the beach they also had a on-site restaurant and parking. We stayed the first three nights at this location we were supposed to stay in another location about an hour and a half away in a different part of Mexico we were supposed to stay there a total of three nights we end up staying only one night the hotel was absolutely horrible, therefore we returned back to this location. the second Other than that we had no issues with the staff the staff was very professional the hotel was clean the location was close to the hotel as stated before and it was very safe overall I give this hotel 10 thumbs up for the price and value. On the second stay. Room 305 was ok the only issue we had was no hot water, very noisy in the hallway and some type of noise outside on the deck that lasted throughout the night at times, they provided us with two bottles of body gel instead of one body gel and one shampoo, the bathroom sink looks like it needs updating, we felt that room 305 was maybe there last result room to offer a guess. The bed on both occasions was very hard and uncomfortable, the parking was 10 pesos per day I believe. Oh and finally don't let me forget to mention I think some of the alcohol beverages are little overpriced they charge seven pesos for basically a shot glass of Baileys.

Super nice small hotel, nice beach , clean pool, they allow dogs👍 nice prices ! clean room, personal very kind.

music !!!!! in beach was loud music, I was want listen mar , not music and it was loud ! when I asked make music less or turn off, the waiter say I can change place on other sofa. but there same was loud music.

Close to the beach

All is good, but of course because of the hurricane some parts of the hotel have not been fully restored, which is understandable.

huge roach came out of the air conditioning called management and they showed up after I had killed it myself it was huge and nasty!

my card locked me out of the room and they are super small . The toilet was too close to the wall my legs didn’t fit .

Great staff in the afternoon & evening restaurant.
