recently had the pleasure of staying at IBIS HOTEL, HINJEWADI and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who made me feel instantly welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant decor, spotless rooms, and excellent amenities that cater to every need. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Sandhya and Gouri She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. Sandhya and Gouri was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about my comfort. Whether it was arranging special requests, providing insightful recommendations, or simply engaging in pleasant conversation, her professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression.

Clean, bright and spacious room. Excellent food quality in the restaurant. Friendly and efficient customer service from all of the staff, especially reception and restaurant staff. Gym facility. Nice and quiet room. Sattelite TV in the room and other facilities.

Not a major issue as such but I would have expected the rooms to be serviced every day without having to remind the housekeeping staff. I had to tell them explicitly to do this but once I did, they did a excellent job of doing housekeeping every day.

Room reminded me of the extended stay in U.S.A liked by business travelers, Liked the extended space for office desk Staff is very helpful and attends to small things like nail clipper, extra towel promptly The breakfast was a big bang for the money. Did not expect this good variety and also the taste and quality of some items were satisfactory.

Could introduce bigger rooms for families relocating as part of job, otherwise this is perfect for solo, business travelers and is also couple friendly. Restaurant could be open for business travelers arriving in odd hours which can be a good boost.

Location especially for someone who is transiting through Pune by road. Cleanliness of the property and the room in particular. Staff was helpful except for some issues which need attention from the management.

Was travelling with my pet dog and while making the booking thru Booking.com I had mentioned it. But during checkin I was asked for the vaccination records of my pet which I dint have as nothing regarding this was mentioned in the booking confirmation email. I request that you ensure that communication of this nature is clearly made. I could not find anything with regards to this stipulation even on your website. It could avoid a lot of commotion and anxiety.

Location and hotel is great. Accor group hotel - you can't go wrong with your selection. Excellent specious rooms! All amenities included. They have one of the most comfortable "beds" I slept on. Plenty of parking and great breakfast options. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay be it for business or family trip. I stayed here for multiple times and always prefer staying at Ibis Hinjewadi.
