I booked a king suite on booking.com- no where on the site did it state that it was not guaranteed. When I checked in and got to my room, we had a 2 queen suite. I was told this was an “upgrade” and that they needed to move other people into the king suite. This was very frustrating due to the fact I booked a king suite for a reason. If I wanted 2 queens, I would have booked that room. They said that they saw there were 4 people in my reservation, so they gave us one more bed. I had 2 children with us so we needed the extra floor space for a pack n play. Then they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it. In the future, this company should ask before they do that! Very disappointed in the movement of rooms. First time here, and I had higher expectations with the staff.

Beautiful, clean and ideal location easily accessible from the Highway. The breakfast was delicious and many options. The parking although for a small cost was plentiful and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were top quality. The lighting in the bathroom was great for getting ready.

Even tho it was winter and 20 degrees outside the room was so not and no happy medium with the climate. Turning the air on made it freezing. The room was very warm.

The breakfast was excellent. Good variety of items to chose from.

Very good place to stay when looking for active vacation with the kids in Truckee area. The hotel was comfortable, well equipped and in reasonable reach to all major sites we wanted to visit incl. Lake Tahoe. Breakfast was good and we were also positively surprised by the level of window noise isolation (our windows were just above the highway but no way to figure that out by it's noise, it was really silent).

As Europeans we aren't used to such low level AC setup in the hotel which was a problem for us especially in the night when the only protection against the cold was to use the noisy heating...

Loved the breakfast and the wonderful staff who made this beautiful spread. Also loved the room size and arrangement of desk, sofa and wall tv with moveable mount. The mattress also a big plus as well as enough surface areas to put luggage on.

Toilet so low.....would prefer a chair height.

The hotel room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice surprise. There is plenty of parking close to the room. Easy to get to off the freeway.

There was only one working elevator, so the wait was longer. Went to use the jacuzzi, and there were a lot of kids in there. It's not the hotel's fault, but we would have liked to use that amenity.

everything was wonderful the staff, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff working the buffet were very friendly, being sure that the area was well maintained, I feel that the food selection provided well for the guests

I have no complaints. we will be sure to return in the future.,

The breakfast was very good and sufficient for our needs. We liked the eggs an sausages, waffles and oatmeal. The water for tea was lukewarm. I would have appreciated real boiling water.

The room should not be called a suite. It has a couch and does comfortably sleep 4, but a true suite would have a separate bedroom where I can close door.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and refreshing environment. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, offering us a relaxing evening. The staff members were helpful & friendly. Lastly, the breakfast provided offered more than what we expected. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay with good amenities.

It was clean, staff was friendly and it was close to the beach we were going to.

The fridge in my room was not working, my dairy products went bad, but they resolved the issue.
