Everything, location, staff and superior quality of the house and restaurant, including the cool wine bar. The special attention of the staff makes this location an unique and superbe experience ( by the way a special thanks to the concierge group and Andres , i guess, the Colombian guy for his nice chat during the breakfast

LA cascada casa Patagonia was a great place to stay in Bariloche. The staff are helpful. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good as well.
The only thing would be the location is not very convenient. If you have or rent a car this is not an issue. That being said, the property of the hotel and the surrounding areas are all very nice.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help us with our requests, be that with restaurant recommendations or drying our newly washed hiking shoes. The rooms were very clean with a beautiful view of the lake.
I don’t think the price corresponds to the condition of the property as it is quite old.

Breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, location is beautiful. Nice place to relax. The restaurant is great. I have visited La Cascada twice this year and probably will go again in 2024.
It would be great if the rooms had a little table where to put books, computers, and similar items.

We booked this last minute because we were very unhappy with our other accommodation in Bariloche. The guys at the reception were super welcoming and friendly as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious, had a view of the lake and an incredibly comfortable bed. The booking included a welcome drink, and we were able to enjoy the amazing views from the hotel terrace, but could also go down to the private beach that is part of the facilities. This was easily one of the best places we stayed in Argentina. The breakfast was plentiful. The facilities clean and modern. Would stay again!
