The location was spot on. We were here to visit our family. Loved the area businesses being close by.the room was clean and comfy. Nothing fancy, but it was fine for us. We really only slept got ready for the day and out the rest of the day.

The hallways have a strong odor of old carpet. The hallway walls and doors show a lot of wear. The room floor is slightly slipper.

The front desk manager has ZERO customer service skills. Not friendly, no smile, no thanks for staying with us.

The front desk staff. You need curtains that don't look like garage sale finds. It brings the entire room down.

Location, value, clean.

A person could say things that could use work. But the price is right, the floors were spotless, linen was average. Bed was so so. Maybe better lighting in the room. But now I feel like I’m nitpicking.

For the cheap room, I expected it to be a dump. Actually looked and smelled pretty clean. Room was clean. Check in was simple.

Room didn't have soap of any kind for washing hands. Only hair and lotion.

Room was clean, bed very comfy….only ugh was it had a funky little smell that eventually we didn’t notice once in there.

The front office staff were polite, great, when they realized their new payment system cannot handle visa international card, they made exception and accepted payment by cash and checked me in.

Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Hotel was located close enough to our venue so we can walk to and from our Concert.
