The room was very big, with two rooms and two beds. We had a bathtub and a giant balcony with extraordinary view, and a beautiful sunrise. The room felt clean aswell. Great visit for two people. Nice pool area with friendly guests. Very nice personal.

I slept in the "living room" in a single bed and the AC was on me so I got a bad throat. If I turnt it off the room got very hot. And there wasn't really a way to make it go "slow speed". I also checked under the bed and it didn't really look so clean there. But the rest was good

It was on standard level, nothing amazing expected ...

Limited access to hotel pool ... only to 21:00 ... in these temperatures it was not pleasant. At breakfast time, warming plates was cold. Who likes cold scrambled eggs?!

The choice of this hotel was for transit through Bulgaria, being close to the highway (7 km), outside of Sofia, but allowing easy access to the city if desired. The hotel has several bodies/types of rooms, I think we stayed in the basic area, with a touch of old, but not disturbing. The hotel has a swimming pool and SPA, in case the time allows a little relaxation. The restaurant is ok, it has a terrace in a well-kept garden, so perfect for dining outside (in summer). The varied menu, I didn't think it was expensive, the portions being very large... Swedish buffet breakfast, varied and fresh. The spacious room without a balcony (there are also rooms with a balcony). The location of the hotel in a quiet, safe area with its own parking.

It may just be a coincidence, but although there was an air cooling system, it was not very efficient, the time I was there was also extremely hot (37 degrees). There was some discomfort from this point of view.

Very good swimming pool with a small cafe to get snacks and drinks. Bankya is an interesting spa town about 15 minutes walk away. Also worth a visit are the ruins of Todor Zhivkov’s residence in the woods nearby (again easily walkable). The suites are very spacious- ours also had a balcony - and very good value for money.

Traveled with multiple families with children. Breakfast was ok. I liked the scrambled eggs and sausages. Pool was nice. Gym was ok. The highlight was the dinner in their restaurant: great price for the value. Their sauces were nice! Food came quickly.

During the Sunday I was there, the massages were unavailable. The bowling was also unavailable. The place is generally starting the look old. Rooms were not too big.

It's a nice, clean place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very stylish and the food is delicious. It was a wonderful experience.

The breakfast was great. The room is big and spacious. The bathroom is clean and comfortable.

The facilities - sauna and steam bath - are not included in the price and you have to pay separately. The swimming pool is outside and it is not comfortable to use it when the weather is cold.

The apartment was just perfect, the breakfast was also good

I couldn't the outdoor swimming pool as it was not opened

Rooms were warm. Breakfast was nice, my kid liked it a lot.

The in-house swimming pool was not working.

The breakfast was great. The staff was so lovely. I loved my room - great design and cleanliness. I loved it here.
