The staff were friendly and the hotel was continually cleaned. The facilities were all working well. Really enjoyed staying there. A short distance away there was a Macdonalds and then there was also some shops and different eating places. They had a swimming pool but didn’t have time to use it. They are conscious about using less plastic so encouraged people to refill using the water dispenser on the first floor.

There are no lifts and the room we had was on the second floor and so we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs which was fine as we came with carry on luggage. Might inconvenient for elderly and wheel chair users.

Big and bright room, nice bathroom, everything was clean and comfortable. Slept well, good value.

Only negative comment is the location, but that didn't bother us. It's not really around anything touristy if that is what you're after, but there are plenty of duty free stores and some good local restaurants nearby!

Excellent value for the price, very clean pool, friendly staff who let us check in early, super clean and big rooms with all amenities provided, very comfortable beds, cold AC, coffee/milo provided for free, water boiler in room, drinking water machine and ice available for free, snacks for sale at front desk, many tables in lobby to do work at, walking distance from local restaurants and shops. One of the best budget hotels I've stayed in.

The staff was reactive, friendly and super helpful, the locker in our room was broken and they changed it quickly, we decided to extend our stay and they managed to keep the same room so we didn't have to change just for one night. Drinkable water available, coffees and other drinks available and free at the reception. Super clean ! Definitely recommend.

It‘s a very good option if you are on a budged. Helpful staff. AC was working very good and so was the hot water for showering. There was enough parking space too.

It would be amazing if handsoap was provided since not many people carry it around with them.

Lovely staff members, always smiling and willing to help. One male member of staff gave me a quick lesson on how to ride a moped. The rooms were comfy and large and so was the bathroom. This hotel has a coffee machine in reception that you can use for free too.

Good location. Very friendly front desk staff. Free coffee vending machine for all guests at all times. Good clean COWAY filtered water. Clean beds and sheets. Toilet spotless. A mini safe for storing valuables Ample parking.

The location wasn't the best, as the only things in walking distance were fast food. The pool was also a bit grim looking.

I love the location as it is really near to the attractions place and accessible to all of the gourmet we had planned before arrival. Staff was attentive to our queries and friendly 😊 As according to previous comments, yes their beds indeed comfortable and WiFi signals is strong.

The pool should be cleaned regularly, I forgot to mention it to the staff the water was muddish color.
