Perfect location on main road, easy to find. Next door to a supermarket and close to a shopping centre. The staff were all very kind, smiley and helpful. The breakfast was superb. Fresh, warm bread. Excellent choices.totally exceeded our expectations for the very good price. We would certainly stay again when in Tours.

As I am disabled, I use a cane, a larger shower room would have been good because my husband has to assist me to get in and out of the shower.

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and twice in the last month, on our way to and from Spain. The staff are always friendly and helpful, despite my sad lack of French. We travel as a family with 2 autistic children and this hotel is predictable and known to them now. They know the room will have bunk beds, they know exactly what the breakfast will be and the food is familiar and always fresh. Parking is always available, conveniently located near to restaurants, Lidl and a petrol station. Just 5 minutes from the main route. The standard family rooms are small so we do always pay a little extra for a larger room, but it is worth it. Beds are comfortable, whole hotel is always clean and tidy. Not much else to say really 🙂.

Traveling through France . We arrived with a small dog just before midnight , having booked minutes before when we arrived too late to get into a nearby campsite which closed at 22.00 . The hotel facilities were simple with nice touches such as the sale of local produce at reasonable prices. For a budget hotel it is simple yet stylish and modern and incredibly clean with air conditioning which readily coped with the 31c midnight temperature. The breakfast was simple yet fresh and excellent, catering for all tastes ( I am vegetarian and my civil partner is a real carnivore) and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is part of alarge retail park so the surrounding facilities and car parking are excellent.

There was no lift and our room was on the top floor

The welcome at reception was lovely. The room was clean and smelt great. We went out for dinner; there are plenty of options nearby. We took coffee back to the room later. I was disappointed that it was in paper, not a proper cup and saucer. The bed was comfortable, so we slept well. Breakfast was basic but perfectly acceptable. I would have liked some egg options. The gluten free bread and madeleines were of a good quality.. Check out was a very easy key drop. Very good value for money. I must join the loyalty programme to get an extra 10% off.as we will be back. We have also recommended the Kyriad Direct to friends and family.

I would have liked a rug to wipe my feet before getting into bed..

A good stop over point on a drive from Cannes to St Marlo. Easy to navigate to and great value for a clean large quad room (double plus bunks) Nice choice for breakfast and excellent restaurant 2 min walk along the road

Looked underwhelming when pulling up but don’t let that fool you. Very clean, and fresh interior and helpful staff who speak excellent English

Very clean, comfortable beds, cot set up for the baby on arrival. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Everyone we spoke to had perfect English which wasn't expected but made things so easy for us. They kept my son's medication & ice blocks in their fridge and freezer for us overnight so we could keep it cool as we continued our journey the next day. Location was perfect for our needs as a stopover when travelling South. Plenty of restaurants around.

Breakfast was ok the staff was very friendly the Hotel is a typical stop over hotel for people like us breaking up a long road trip it was clean the rooms was a good size and its location was convenient for easy access to the motorways . The cab into the lovely old town of Tours was 20 euro and well worth it for a glimpse of this lovely vibrant ancient university town . The hotel is good value .

Nothing all ok

As a family of 4 with two small children and a husband who is a wheelchair user, we often struggle to find hotel rooms that can accommodate all of us with sufficient space. But our room at Kyriad was perfect for our one night overnight stay. Large bedroom, bunk bed & large wet room bathroom. Very clean. Ground floor. Very quiet. Located very near a restaurant which we went to for dinner.

This hotel was perfect for a stop over further south. Located just off an exit of the A10 autoroute it was really convenient. It has free parking, and lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance plus also a Lidl next door and Auchan not much further. Really good if you're using it as a stop over for the night. We ate at the Leon restaurant about a 5 minutes walk away. The family room was excellent with a bunk bed for the children and the beds were comfortable.. Check in was easy and quick and reception were helpful. Breakfast is offered at the property for 7.50 Euro but we preferred to head off early the next day instead.

Nothing really. It was clean and comfortable and worked well for us. If you're looking for a hotel in central Tours then this isn't it but if you want convenience then you can't fault it.

The breakfast .is problem for celiac patients .and/or for vegetarians ,or who doesn’t want to get up his/her weight. Maybe more healthy food (and paying more for staying)
